received a promotional email from Ruby slots .com that I opened and decided to play. My deposits totaled 500 dollars and I cashed out *thought I was going to receive my withdraws ).
Research and the attitude of the customer service told me I was not ever going to get my winnings. I decided that ruby slots could keep the winnings so I asked for my deposit amounts to be paid out,they keep the winnings. What happened next is the biggest display of arrogance and hubris in world history
I was told they were not going to payout anything and there is nothing I can do about it. Wrong!

visa has been informed and are investigating
my bank is investigating
do not deposit any money into virtual gaming affiliates of which Ruby slots is an affiliate. They have no intention of paying out a dime to anyone for any reason
