Is there a rep for Slotastic?

I've had an account at Slotastic for years, although I only play infrequently. A week or so ago I played a free chip and managed to make playthrough. But max cash out is $180 and the only WD available will cost $60 lol. Anyhow I was like why not withdraw it anyhow, well now suddenly they tell me my account isn't verified, so I sent my bank statement and driver's license and now they say my photo isn't clear enough etc. So here I've played for many years with no chance if being able to cash out I guess. I'm just wondering if a rep can help. Otherwise I guess I just close the account.

Yeah I wrote them to find out WTF and said if my docs aren't good enough to just close my account, and they responded again with the same copy paste reply about sending my docs, so honestly I'm just done. There doesn't seem to be a rep to contact and talking to support is like talking to a (malfunctioning) bot. TBH the only reason I've been playing there at all is because they do Interac. I'm just glad this didn't happen when I had any real winnings, I always assumed it was good.

One of their guys was at the CM meeting 2 weeks ago, Very nice bunch - I'm sure this can be sorted.

I did finally get a response that wasn't just a cut and paste. Unfortunately they just don't like my photo ID so until I get around to getting a new one I won't be playing there. My license has one of those hologram pics and over time it's rubbed partly off. I get it, but it's weird that no other casino has had a problem with it.

Edit: I reopened my 3Dice account and uploaded the exact same license and I just checked and it's been approved.

First of all disappointed, NO Skrill possible...🥺

OK, I thought it must be Paysafecard or credit card, no problem..


But before that, as always, I look at the payout options😉

So just join the chat and ask ..:what:

When I asked why I could pay in with a credit card
