Had an interesting phone call with a customer service representative earlier. I dont want to start a thread about it to be honest, Id rather talk directly to a rep on here to get some answers.

Me too. ive been using them for around 7 years. very professional in their operations. I just wanted to talk to the rep about a phone call i had today with CS nothing major just lack of training I think.

Not sure, but didn't Kate from 32Red leave them to join Bet365? It was quite a few years ago though - I'm not sure is she's still with them.
