I just wanted to gauge opinions on casinos who enforce terms and conditions for one player but look the other way for other players. I'm just having trouble identifying which parties are at fault, or if all are at fault.
If player A violates a term but the casino decides to continue to allow them to play, while player B violates the same term and is punished, is there no liability on the casino to have equal ruling? Does there licensing hold them to equality in this regard? Or do you expect more veteran players to be able to bend the rules more?
