Question Is refund due if casino stopped operations in my country?

Soo.... I got an out-of-the-blue email telling me off:

Please be advised that we are no longer active in your market in Cyprus. As a result, we are unable to provide services in this region, and your account will remain permanently closed.

If you have any remaining balance or require assistance with any final matters related to your account, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have during this transition.

I have some balance funds and a pending withdrawal, so naturally I requested my money but got no response. What are the chances they will ever pay and should I just chargeback my last deposit, since no services paid for were provided? Any advice?

You should wait for your withdrawal to be processed which I believe they will.

If a (legit) casino quits a market or operations they pay out all outstanding balances to the last known/used method of depositing/withdrawing.

If it's not so legit... Wait and see I'm afraid
