Is Palin hot? (me thinks yes)

Snow White...

Snow White...

The seven dwarfs always left to go work in the mine early each morning. As always, Snow White stayed home doing her domestic chores.

As lunchtime approached, she would prepare their lunch and carry it to the mine.

One day as she arrived at the mine with the lunch,
she saw that there had been a terrible cave-in.
Tearfully, and fearing the worst, Snow White began
calling out, hoping against hope that the dwarfs had somehow survived.

'Hello!....Hello!' she shouted. 'Can anyone hear me? Hello!'

For a long while, there was no answer.
Losing hope, Snow White again shouted,
'Hello! Is anyone down there?'

Just as she was about to give up all hope,
she heard a faint voice from deep within the mine, singing . . .."Vote for John McCain! - Vote for John McCain!"

Snow White fell to her knees, crossed herself and prayed, "Oh, thank you, God! At least Dopey is still alive..." :D:lolup::D

I'm wondering why she had to bring McCain to sit with her in the follow-up interview with Couric? He looked like her dad sitting in the principals office.

It was interesting to see how he had to bash Obama at the debate for something he said about Pakastan when Palin said the EXACT SAME THING, but he made excuses for her and then accuses a VOTER in the crowd asking that question of a gotcha moment?

I have no more respect for John McCain after seeing that interview.

Another reason why she's unqualified for the VP

I love his comment: "This woman will be one 72 year old's heart beat away from being President of the United States. If that doesn't scare the hell out of you, it should."

Even Couric is sitting there looking like "wtf is this woman rambling on about?"

Yes Katie...but ultimately what the bailout does is help those that are concerned about the healthcare reform that is needed to help shore up our economy ??? :what::what::what:

Can you guys say "Total Bimbo", maybe hit the ole crack pipe a couple times before the interview...we are in sad shape if this lot gets into office...:eek2:

Once you get past the political double talk... There is nothing, absolutely nothing...

Of course, Sara Palin could always get her favorite Preacher to pray the evil Democrats away... Like he prayed away the evil Witches for her (or from her, I can't tell), so she could win the governorship of Alaska.

Without trying to sound condescending, why do liberals enjoy vicious personal attacks against those that have different political beliefs? I see it on every blog and political forum. The same ones that endlessly cry "personal liberty, personal liberty!" are the same ones inflicting character assassination on people they have never even met. It is just as hypocrital as the "Sunday only" Christian. Come on one of you clueless yellow dogs; tell me this is your first amendment right. You know, it is possible to be personally liberal AND personally responsible at the same time.

Now, let me get off this c**ks***er and enjoy the rest of my day. (Busta Rhymes, Hail Mary/Ja Rule dis)

right now, we are in a sad shape, and it wouldnt matter who gets elected imo, we are screwed as a nation at this point in time, the american people need to send a signal somehow to washington, that we are fed up with the whole lot of them, but whos to blame? we are:mad:, we elected them, each and everyone of them, who ever wins, i hope and pray to god they can get us out of this mess before we crumble, if we go down, many other nations will also suffer......................laurie

Yea, you're right about that Laurie...I just wish the American public as a whole would educate themselves more on who the candidates really are during the primaries and before...I am not partial to just bashing McCain/Palin...I will also throw around some bashing on Obama/Biden too...I won't hold back on either one of these jug-head pairs here...the problem is that way too many folks take what they hear in the mass media as the gospel and won't do any research on their own...

:what:

Did you even watch the video Bryan posted? She's just asking for it. I'm not saying that Obama is any better, but she's out in left field and has no business being in the White House, let alone taking over as President when something happens to McCain.

Hmmm... I would like to point out that conservatives are no strangers to committing vicious personal attacks... Any one remember Senator Max Cleland?

Senator Max Cleland was the quadriplegic veteran wounded during his tour in Vietnam, who was personally and viciously attacked by conservatives in 2002 because of his stand against the war in Iraq.

Bryland... politics is a very dirty business, on all sides. No political party is innocent. Too bad so many people look at politics like a football game... Be faithful to your team (the same team your mom and dad were faithful too) no matter what... What a crock.

Democrats and Republicans, Conservatives and Liberals ALL need to remember that they are Americans first and foremost... If we forget that and allow these petty political differences to drive us apart, our Great Country is surely lost.

Good video CM... For an actor he makes some excellent points.

I read that Palin believed that Dinos were here 4000 years ago walking around with Jesus, but I thought it was just political BS.

If Sara Palin truly does believe that men lived with Dinosaurs less that 4000 years ago... She is obviously not the person to have her fingers on the Nuke buttons.

Let's not forget the "Bridge to nowhere" that she supported, and doesn't even have the guts to admit she was wrong about it.

I love one of the comments of this video:

"Sarah Palin is George Bush with ovaries."

Another blogger lie. She is responsible for ultimately stopping the project. Some say she supported "the ROAD to nowhere" but the truth is that the contract was signed BEFORE she took office and her interference could have opened the State of Alaska up to expensive litigation by the contractor.

Oh, I forgot, since when did liberals care about the truth?
Liberals care about the truth, just as much as Conservatives do. After all, we are ALL Americans.

The real problem is the neo-cons and their tearing our country apart with Karl Roves twisted, psychotic and fascist conservative political ideals...

bryand, you seem to have forgotten the last 8 years and the constant attacks by conservatives in power on anyone that disagreed with the "Party"... Now the shoe is on the other foot, so to speak, and all the hard core conservatives are really hating the fact the American people are fed up with them and their political bull shit and are finally speaking out.

Maybe, the conservatives should have thought ahead and realized that their party was not going to remain in power forever and treated other Americans that did not agree with them like equals and not like they were the enemy of the "State".

BTW - Palin was for the Bridge to nowhere, before she was against it (Flip Flopping - I thought conservatives really hated Flip Floppers.. But I guess it is only Liberal Flip Floppers they hate) The bottom line is Palin kept the money and did not build a bridge... So the US Tax payers really got screwed. Not only did we not get a bridge... We didn't get our money back.

@lots0

I respect but disagree with many of your opinions.

The statement was rhetorical. I should have said "Liberals appear to use more slander and hearsay than conservatives when expressing political views."

Love him or hate him, Karl Rove is a master of polical strategy (similar to James Carville's contribution to the democrat party). I believe Rove was more like a "yes man" in his job as deputy chief of staff regardless of his political ideals.

You fail to mention the democrats have controlled congress for the last 2 years. Last time I checked, the approval rating for congress was 10% compared to 17% for Bush.

My personal agenda is to balance the overwhelming liberal opinions on this forum - not to be a spokesman for the republican party (although I was active in the party some years ago). It is shortsighted to blame Bush for everything wrong with America. No president has that much power nor did most of the problems originate in the last 8 years. The banking/mortgage crisis, for example, basically originated with Clinton's affordable housing legislation. Factually, Bush tried to reverse it years ago but was blocked by democrats in the House of Reps and labeled as unsympathetic towards the underprivileged.

Agreed, although the final version of the legislation including funding for the bridge granted the funds to Alaska to use for any transportation purpose. It was never supposed to be given back.

She is such a friggin flip flopper as well as a bimbo.

Alaska still had the ROAD to NOWHERE built that is just sitting there! Who paid for that road? Why the heck was the road built and not currently being used? Wasting our tax dollars is WORSE then earmarks IMO. Every state is allowed earmarks so that is not my issue, but don't waste my money or I get angry.

I am afraid we are going to have to agree to disagree on this. I see it just the opposite. Have you ever been on Politico.com?

A Master of political strategy... I don't think so.
If that were true, the Majority of Americans would love George Bush, instead of hate him.

Karl Rove is not a genius his polices have failed in every respect. If Rove's policies had not all been unsound and failed we would not be were we are right now.

Also like to point out that anyone that runs a school to teach political dirty tricks, like Karl Rove does, and like Karl Rove that encourages the ignorant to engage in political mud slinging, political lies and distortion is a man our country can do without.

You fail to mention the democrats have controlled congress for the last 2 years. Last time I checked, the approval rating for congress was 10% compared to 17% for Bush.
Democrats have not Controlled Congress, the Democrats do not have a 60% majority in either house.

So it is totally untrue that the Democrats have controlled Congress for the last 18 months,it does take a 60% majority to 'control' congress. Republicans have blocked and filibustered most all Democrat attempts to do anything in the last 2 years.

Please don't forget that the Republicans DID have a 60% Majority for over 7 years... And they are sure trying to avoid any responsibility for where we are at... and that is truly disgusting.

Until last year G.W. Bush did not have a single bill turned down by the Republican controlled congress, many called the Republican Congress a "Rubber Stamp" for G.W. Bush's policies.

So I beg to differ, If G.W. would have really wanted the legislation, back even nine months ago, he would have gotten it.

Also like to point out the Republicans have a very long history of being unsympathetic towards the underprivileged and ill, so trying to make that particular point is not very difficult.

Now that is just plain crazy. It just goes to show how screwed up things are in our government. Who makes these stupid rules? A three (3) miles long road @ $8 million dollars a mile? This is the type of thing that has got us near economic disaster that we find ourselves in today.

Who's the brainiac that decided to not co-ordinate the bridge with the road? Who's job is it to oversee this stuff?

Hopefully folks will get sick of paying outragous taxes only to be wasted in this manner.

G.W. Bush and Karl Roves policies have been to let the companies and industries police themselves... George and Karl don't believe in Government Regulation (it gets in the way of profits) So they decided to let business regulate themselves... The results of that self regulation policy has been the collapse of Mortgage, Stock and Credit Markets... And we get fun stuff like Roads and Bridges to nowhere.

And that is just on the surface, If you want to really get get pissed off about this asinine self regulation policy of the Current administration, take a look at the big pharmaceutical companies or Insurance Companies, that are allowed under the Bush administration to write their own regulations, WITHOUT OVERSITE.
(Side Note: just read a news story about one of the biggest insurance companies, they are about to go under, like the Banks... All because of this self regulation policy of Bush and Rove.)

Like Obama said "they just let them run wild" and now it's time to pay the piper! If Obama makes office I'm going to see what part I can play to help in this 'government reform' task because we can't afford to waste any more of our tax dollars in such an assinine way like the Road to Nowhere no matter who the heck it is.

Like McCain sais "We will take their names and make them famous". That is one of the few things I agree with that I've heard him say. :D

I should know better than trying to assert facts into otherwise emotional, subjective rants but this one tops all. lots0, please tell me you really don't believe this stuff and are responding for laughs. Nevermind, it would be like trying to explain that the earth is not flat. Are you writing a manifesto in Montana? :D

By the way, I recently heard the CIA really killed JFK and TuPac is alive and well living in Compton.

You are partly right there Bryan, it was our doing but not the CIA...;)

man, if Palin brought up alternative power one more time tonight, I would have drove out to MO and wrung her neck...lolol
she mopped the floor up with him tonight:thumbsup:, whats wrong with alternative power win?i think she did very well and guess what my friend mercy? she blinks lol and winks lol:D they both did well imo..............laurie

Her bringing up alternative energy every round of responses was just like Bush bringing up 9/11 every time in his debates :D

Maybe she learned that from McCain, who brings up his POW days in Vietnam every chance he gets? ;)

While she did not come off as the bimbo that I had her pegged for, I'm still NOT impressed or feel she is qualified to be VP.

While joe-six-pack (whoever that is) LOL is cool, I guess, but I would like his role to be something other than my Vice President. I don't want an 'average' person having access to nuke codes, but someone that knows MORE than I do as it relates to that role.

Biden did a very good job and I found one poll very interesting that sais 98% of the folks felt that Biden knew the issues.

You know, I've been trying real hard not to get personal or call names, like some have in this thread.

But when you start with innuendo and slightly veiled insults, well I think your not worth taking my time with.

You can't have a decent discussion with someone that just wants to start a fight.

Now I am going to take my leave, If I don't this will get nasty... I don't take insults well.

I am also putting you on ignore bryand, so I don't have to put up with your written personal attacks or name calling in this forum any longer.

Too bad you couldn't act like a an adult, I had real hopes for this discussion.

And I am sorry you misunderstood my post. It was not intended as a personal attack although now, not being familiar with my twisted sense of humor, I can see how you could take it personally. I was merely trying to make light of our ongoing debate about blaming everything on George Bush. In fact I used the same Montana 'joke' in a post last April when Rob and I were discussing essentially the same issue. I truly regret hurting your feelings in any way.

Yes she does blink lol, for a former beauty queen she did quite well, for a v.p. candidate? I'm more than convinced that she is a terrific mother, wife, mental lightweight, etc. let her govern Alaska all she wants, but SHE IS NOT PRESIDENTIAL MATERIAL:rolleyes:

Look at what she said... Not how she said it.

Her answer to the question about when the use of Nukes would be needed... Was a total non-answer, she started talking about something totally different, she did this several times through out the Debate.

Also, her answer about the duties of the Vice President. She really can't have it both ways. She can't agree with Biden and agree with Cheney at the same time. There are basic fundamental differences in the way each of these men look at the duties, responsibilities and power of the VP.

I think she'd be a great as a mayor of a small town or maybe even Governor of a small state, but as a VP... I don't think so. There is too great a possibility she would end up as President.

And the Dinosaur thing still bothers me.
There are so many reports of this and no denials from the McCain Camp, that it makes me really wonder... Does Palin really believe Dinosaurs lived 4000 years ago and walked with man and died out only because there was not enough room for them on Noah's Arc?

Being that expectations were set very low for Palin she could do nothing but do well. hehe

While I do not support McPalin I did not want to see her embarrass herself during the debate. I'm glad to see that she has the 'base' rallying around her again. The polls show that they need a ton of help in the battle ground states.

Yep, and I'm very upset about the extra $150 billion add-on to the bill taking it to a $850 billion rescue plan. :(

I will be voting out anyone that I see voted for this package on the democratic and GOP ticket!

I know that we were "forced" to do this, but no one was minding the store so they all need to be fired!

No, they don't need to be fired...Bush needs to have his ass impeached for letting this shit ever happen in the first place, he was sworn into office under the oath to protect the American public from enemies both foreign and domestic and this was clearly a domestic enemy to the American tax payer in every sense of the word enemy as we all can clearly see now...

Absolutely no oversight whatsoever from his executive branch of government !!

Therefore, I stand today opposed to my President, and the anti-American, un-Constitutional, unpatriotic Administration for which he serves as figurehead. I will do my part to voice my opposition, educate the populace, diligently support my political causes, and work with others to restore American freedoms to their former glory.

As a soldier, I made a promise. As a veteran, I will carry that promise with me to the end of my days.
