I never said "give up". In fact I think that it's great that members like you are testing out the casinos' chat sessions. If there is something wrong or glitchy, the casino admins need to know. They are not going to know without players like you.

Obviously, you weren't satisfied. If you would have escalated the problem to the right people instead of a finger pointed "they f***ing lied to me" episode, then we would be solving problems. Right now, it's just another rant.
 
I think the problem is that the chat people are talking to multiple people at the same time and sometimes they get mixed up or only read the last thing you wrote and not the previous 8 things you typed.

Personally I find most live chat operators (with the exception of a few places) to be only good for quick questions about bonus terms and stuff like that. If you want to know anything more complicated like RTP or limits or even your account information it's always best to email support instead.
