I thought I’d maybe have a case as I’ve banned myself off another one of there sites due to gambling issues and they’ve just let me sign up to another one and continue

Yeah unlikely then if they have anything remotely close to decent accounts. It's strange yours are that mine is that for the withdrawals but for deposits it's been wintermdse, topcom, fomiline, goriwire ? that's got claim back written all over it tbfLike Scott said mine was all done with my phone and have the same name on them Santeda Intl
Jesus there fun police I ain't done nothing he asked I answered just stated they use dodgy accounts to take payments themselves. Even if he did I wouldn't care why would I care he got his money back from some millionaire if that's what he wants to do it doesn't bother me
If the transaction isn't denominated in GBP, your bank has probably charged a currency conversion or "non-sterling transaction" fee - that could be 3% of the transaction for some banks.I got my withdrawal through today was supposed to be £2500 but came through at £2420 quite a big fee for a transaction
Suggesting payment fraud is a quick way to get banned from this forum...That’s chargebacks all day long ?
Nope, the bank is unlikely to intervene, and given your motives you may be committing payment fraud yourself by attempting to charge it back. Can anyone answer this for me ? donbet and mystake share the same license, I am self excluded from mystake yet have been allowed to play on Donbet and lose a bit of money, I did receive a withdrawal from donbet but obviously still down money which is my own fault, do I have a leg to stand on legally if I was to contact the bank about this as I shouldnt have been allowed to play in the first place ? Cheers in advance
For a chargeback to happen, you would need to declare - truthfully - that you did not make the transaction. You've both admitted in this thread that you willingly made such transactions, and you have likely verified the transaction using a one-time password. So an attempt to falsely chargeback can be considered payment fraud.Jesus there fun police I ain't done nothing he asked I answered just stated they use dodgy accounts to take payments themselves. We've been around long enough to see that there is no such thing as a free lunch. Many of the well-meaning processes (such as self-exclusion) have had to tighten up considerably due to rampant fraud, and thus the genuine cases start to lose out as well.Touchy in here, you’d think some of you have shares with these cowboy’s
just a bitWhat have your deposits to them gone down as ? I've got like 3 different ones ??? I gotta say it's been solid this casino but damn those deposits look strange on the bank statement
Hi I've lost quite a bit with velobet even though I had self excluded from their sister sites - would the bank helpTrust me brother my bank would 1000% get that back if I asked Im not going to as I have a withdraw more than my deposits to come however my bank are very good are getting money back even like when it's a all legit they always get It back fair play so solid in that respect.
Although I've never done a claim back for gambling I've moaned and asked the gambling companies but never the bank I do t understand people who do that like you gambled it happily you can't get your money back.?
The deposit is for winter clothes on my app so if I was to claim I dunno what that is they would have to provide receipts etc for a purchase I made and I didn't and they wouldn't have any emails or anything to prove so defo could claim it back unless your bank sucks.
Sadly it's a case of who do you go to the crooks here or the crooks their ? It's like asking who you want to bang your missus your brother or your uncle there is no good answer haha THE UK companies and regulations just gone too fascist for me they're collecting data on everyone like mad it's very intrusive and the games are so much worse the returns so much worse the bonus so much worse so just makes you look elsewhere despite the risk I guess.
The person you quoted left the site six months ago (although I suspect they would have got the boot sooner rather than later for encouraging bank fraud).Hi I've lost quite a bit with velobet even though I had self excluded from their sister sites - would the bank help
