Resolved Is donbet legit

I thought I’d maybe have a case as I’ve banned myself off another one of there sites due to gambling issues and they’ve just let me sign up to another one and continue

Again with advocating the bank fraud stuff. Stop or be stopped, last warning.
Like Scott said mine was all done with my phone and have the same name on them Santeda Intl
Yeah unlikely then if they have anything remotely close to decent accounts. It's strange yours are that mine is that for the withdrawals but for deposits it's been wintermdse, topcom, fomiline, goriwire ? that's got claim back written all over it tbf

Am I reading this correct? We've got members discussing how to defraud a casino?

Why not grow up. You decided to spunk your money away at a casino so don't cry wolf if you lose it all.

You are getting paid by the casino when you win so what is the talk about getting refunds on deposits?

Jesus there fun police I ain't done nothing he asked I answered just stated they use dodgy accounts to take payments themselves. Even if he did I wouldn't care why would I care he got his money back from some millionaire if that's what he wants to do it doesn't bother me

Because it is fraud, simple as that.

If you can't stand to lose money when playing slots online, then don't deposit - simples.

I got my withdrawal through today was supposed to be £2500 but came through at £2420 quite a big fee for a transaction
If the transaction isn't denominated in GBP, your bank has probably charged a currency conversion or "non-sterling transaction" fee - that could be 3% of the transaction for some banks.

That’s chargebacks all day long ?
Suggesting payment fraud is a quick way to get banned from this forum...

Can anyone answer this for me ? donbet and mystake share the same license, I am self excluded from mystake yet have been allowed to play on Donbet and lose a bit of money, I did receive a withdrawal from donbet but obviously still down money which is my own fault, do I have a leg to stand on legally if I was to contact the bank about this as I shouldnt have been allowed to play in the first place ? Cheers in advance
Nope, the bank is unlikely to intervene, and given your motives you may be committing payment fraud yourself by attempting to charge it back.

For UKGC-regulated casinos there is an established process for self-exclusion. Unfortunately given the rampant self-exclusion fraud in recent years, many of them now explicitly identify it as a terms of service violation and allows them to forfeit the money anyway.

For an unregulated casino, you're on your own - most of them don't follow responsible gambling protocols in the first place.

For a chargeback to happen, you would need to declare - truthfully - that you did not make the transaction. You've both admitted in this thread that you willingly made such transactions, and you have likely verified the transaction using a one-time password. So an attempt to falsely chargeback can be considered payment fraud.

If we wanted to be the "fun police" we'd start talking about potential money laundering offenses... but that's for another time

Touchy in here, you’d think some of you have shares with these cowboy’s
We've been around long enough to see that there is no such thing as a free lunch. Many of the well-meaning processes (such as self-exclusion) have had to tighten up considerably due to rampant fraud, and thus the genuine cases start to lose out as well.

The exact same happened with chargebacks - the other poster that "would 1000% get that back" clearly hasn't seen banking protocol in recent years. All of the extra steps (such as Chip and PIN and 3D Secure) redefine the liability landscape, which inevitably weakens consumer rights.

I would mention the race to the bottom, but that might be a bit close to the bone as Anjouan will probably demonstrate that for us in the next 12-18 months.

I don't need no cashback I deposited like 150 quid and withdrew 200 this poor chap said he won 2,500 and said he was broke I'm more inclined to help him then some offshore tax haven dodgy Curacao licensed casino that has taken my deposits as several different dodgy companies proving themselves to be criminal themselves and I wasn't being clever I know I for a fact I can get those payments simply because those fools have accepted my funds through other companies not even gambling related one of them is advertising for winter clothes they'd have to provide documentation showing what and when I bought it and the bank would be like why have you used the different accounts to take the money it wouldn't even be illegal cause what they did was illegal in the first place mate. I think you're the one who needs to grow up really as he said it's like you're in coohots why even speak to someone like that I dont get it at all, yeah he isn't the smartest (may have a problem imo) and we are having abit of banter on here but If anything you should be more concerned about how he managed to win that much then lose that much question that, that's the worst part of this whole thread. I'll put big money thousands on me getting the money back if I wanted to every single deposit.

Please remember that this is a public forum and you are a guest: if you can't be civil to your fellow forum members then keep your BS trolling to yourself. Please and thank you.
Hitler would've loved you guys. I honestly don't get it are you a pig ? Must be. So weird to care about a casino that is clearly bending the rules for their own benefit I could understand a fully legit one but a criminal one ahhhh jeeeez that's outrageous.

About the only genuine thing you have said in that word soup is that he might have a gambling problem - and if someone is signing up to unlicensed shithole casinos in Anjourn and depositing large amounts then you're probably right. If GAMSTOP isn't sufficient then BetBlocker is worth considering and/or speaking to one of the problem gambling support services (such as

from NHS online).

The rest of it, you're talking out of your backside... and I'm sure the mods will show you the way out shortly.

Im so tempted to claim those tiny deposits back just to prove a point. I'd happily bet either of you 40k. I've claimed back before when I've had random shit come out from all over the world this would be no different and those things actually had transactions cause somebody used my card details somehow and I've had it where I've transferred people money then had to get that back from outside UK. So maybe y'all need to stop sipping your own kool aid and just say I have a point. It's really simple you have so many days to claim it back those funds have not been fully released and because they've used my deposits as a clothes shop in scandanavia and an ad agency in UAE my bank would just say can you disprove what he says and they wont answer back cause they are doing it illegally they'd have to admit to it it's that's simpleyou're overcomplicating the hell out of it.

@Bezz89 : Enough with this bank fraud stuff! You seem to think that's fine and that's your business but we're not here for you to brag about it and/or promote it as a legitimate option. Cease and desist, as per the Forum Rules:

"1.10 - Members who commit player fraud: Those who participate in fraud inspired chargebacks, or create fake accounts, gnoming, multiple accounts, etc. will be banned from Casinomeister."

Ditto with the constant dissing and belittling of other forum members who don't agree with you:

"1.1 - No "Flaming": Please do not post any messages that harass, insult, belittle, threaten or flame another member or guest. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated and your account may be suspended. Please refrain from potty mouth language."

Being an ass toward other people does not make you smarter or better than anyone: if you can't be civil and respectful then keep your dirt to yourself.

Grown ass men acting like year 7 girls. We was joking around and then the guy came in and told him to grow up and called me a liar lmao but I guess he can do those things you highlighted because you guys know each other.

"Ditto with the constant dissing and belittling of other forum members who don't agree with you"

Oh right so again when he came in and told him to grow up and taking shots at me you conveniently say nothing and then when I pipe up about 5 replies later I get a message LMAO and then you can jump in and join in with them .. But I can't make a sarcastic comment or say anything back. Yeah that makes sense.

Well, clearly we have a different idea of how people should conduct themselves in a public conversation. As per your request (received privately) I will send you on your way.

Happy trails to you.

Trust me brother my bank would 1000% get that back if I asked Im not going to as I have a withdraw more than my deposits to come however my bank are very good are getting money back even like when it's a all legit they always get It back fair play so solid in that respect.
Although I've never done a claim back for gambling I've moaned and asked the gambling companies but never the bank I do t understand people who do that like you gambled it happily you can't get your money back.?
The deposit is for winter clothes on my app so if I was to claim I dunno what that is they would have to provide receipts etc for a purchase I made and I didn't and they wouldn't have any emails or anything to prove so defo could claim it back unless your bank sucks.

Sadly it's a case of who do you go to the crooks here or the crooks their ? It's like asking who you want to bang your missus your brother or your uncle there is no good answer haha THE UK companies and regulations just gone too fascist for me they're collecting data on everyone like mad it's very intrusive and the games are so much worse the returns so much worse the bonus so much worse so just makes you look elsewhere despite the risk I guess.
Hi I've lost quite a bit with velobet even though I had self excluded from their sister sites - would the bank help

The person you quoted left the site six months ago (although I suspect they would have got the boot sooner rather than later for encouraging bank fraud).

If you deposited the money via an intermediate (such as a crypto wallet) then you're going to have very few options - everyone will blame each other.

If you deposited with a debit card or a bank transfer, you can talk to your bank, but the odds aren't particularly good unless there is evidence that your bank has made a mistake (and even then, the odds aren't amazing). Also, as painful as it is, honesty is the best policy - fighting potential bank fraud with more bank fraud is not a good idea.

Self-exclusion tools are more commonly found in regulated markets - Curacao casinos (or worse, given some of the sites you mention may have been operating without any license in the past year) mention it in their FAQs but many will refuse to honour them, because they make their money targeting gambling addicts.

If you need stronger tools to help with player protection, check out something like Betblocker - it's a technical solution that will aim to block access to any gambling site, whether a community like CM, a regulated site or an unregulated one.
