Inetbet is a fine casino, but it's biggest drawback IMO is a lack of live support, either via chat or telephone.

I know it is the holiday season, but an email I sent over 5 hours ago remains unanswered. Not even an automated response to indicate no one is offering service.

It is very very frustrating to make a deposit, have an issue and not be able to play with your money. I wanted to play, that is why I made a deposit!

There are also coupons currently available which do not show playthrough in the cashier (not my current issue), so there is no support available for those playing with them either to the best of my knowledge. RTG does not offer players the ability to check their own playlogs.

I'm okay with a little long wait time on a stat holiday, but this is not acceptable. Inetbet is not a little mom&pop operation, someone should be responding to players, holiday or not.

I had problems getting emails from them using yahoo. Switched to another account and everything is fine. Never had to wait too long for a reply and comps were credited yesterday within 5 minutes of requesting. I think if you catch them at the wrong time of the day you may have to wait longer than usual.

I would love to see them get live support but my biggest peeve with them is why do you have to meet a WR on your own comp points:confused: Club World and Jackpot Capital as well as many others say its your cash, heck even Rival lets you cashout your comps and its no WR, so do you think they will get with the rest of the casinos and keep up?

I was able to get emails this evening answered and my comps put in btw:).............laurie

I received a PM from the rep here, and I sent a copy of my mail. They said they looked into it, and that my mail was not received. I however did not receive any notification on my end that mail was undelivered.

The rep answered my query, and I thank you for that.

Perhaps they will answer here, how long should one wait for an e-mail response from support? Site clearly says not to send multiple emails as I recall.

I would have written again after 24 hours anyway. Longer than I like to wait to play.

Hi all,

After my post above I submitted a request to cash-in (my little $5 comps). I received an email notification (within 30 min) the comps had been added.

Speaking of and going back to the issue of comp points having a play through, I'm rather mystified right now. I've taken a screen cap of my cashier page. In that is clearly shows that the $5 comp points I just redeemed are cashable - no play through is displayed.

I sure like an answer on this from the iNetbet rep here. Because if these comp points are held to a play through but are displayed as cashable, in my book that's very misleading and false.

Cheers

:)

Hi Everyone,
The rules for comp points can be found here:

These rules have always been in place and we have not recently changed them.

In regards to the funds showing as cashable. Yes that is correct as there is no other way in which to add the funds to an account.

Bonus balances in the cashier only occur when a coupon is added to a deposit and the entire balance is converted to a bonus balance until wagering is met.

There is no such mechanism that can be used for comp point cash ins. These are simply added directly. If a withdrawal is made then it is checked by the accounts team on cashout.

Is this something Inetbet might consider in the future, making the comps have no WR on them? I love to play at Inetbet as well as many other players but that sure would be nice, to have the WR lifted:D..............laurie

Comp is short for complimentary, is it not? Why should there be strings attached?

Players have already wagered a good amount to earn these comps in the first place, so why should they be required to wager these "freebies" even more?

It's called the cost of doing business. B&M and most online casinos do it every day. Inet is obviously saving a ton by not having live chat or telephone support, so overhead isn't an issue here.

Offline, I gamble solely at HET properties, but if they started attaching strings to comps that I earn, then I would take my business elsewhere without batting an eye. The moral of the story is that if you treat your players fairly, they will stay loyal; and since all RTG casinos are the same in regards to games, they only thing that will set one apart from the other is payout times, bonuses, CS and comps. Since it's a virtual world out there, it's not hard to go somewhere else.
