Is anyone having problems installing MG software?????

I have existing accounts with alot of microgaming casinos. I am having a problem with installing the software. I download it to my computer and then I cannot install it. Try to and nothing happens. I contacted the live support at the Fortune Lounge group and they have no idea what the problem could be. They said IT is being blocked by my ISP. But, yesterday I downloaded and installed Rich Reels and Villento casinos without a problem. Anyone else with existing accounts having problems????

I see you are in the UK...I, however, am in the US...it must have something to do with that. Eventhough my accounts are existing and have been for a long long time, the server must be seeing my location and blocking it. Wish there was someway to get around it.

(1) Make sure they have given you a link to US facing software.
(2) If you live in (or near) one of the blocked states, (even tho you may have played in the past) it may prevent you from playing. I had a problem right after they blocked certain states as my ISP 'home' is in Wisconsin or... something like that... even tho I live in Alabama -- which is not a restricted state. Some players who live only miles outside of restricted/banned states also have reported problems with being blocked.
(3) If you are using Vista, if the software will install, do not let it run immediately (uncheck the Start blablbah casino after install option). Then, after it installs, right click on the desktop shortcut and click Run as Admin to launch the casino for the first time.

That's the only things I can think of right off the top of my head. Good luck.

I want to try that Microgaming game, but I guess that software is hard to install. Can you help me on how to install that software? I'm really excited to play this newest casino game. Thanks!
