Is anybody still doing bonus card promos?

I've been banned from promos at Sky, Paddy Power and Betfair so I can't see what they're doing. Does anybody know if anywhere is still doing a "lucky card" promo on Live Blackjack? After Betfred stopped doing theirs I've lost a lot of income.
