I did not have any issues with the promotions and the promotion manager in the cashier so far with any of the Rival casinos. But since I registered in this casino they made blunders after blunders. Here's the story between me and Irish Luck.
I looked up their web site mid August, and saw that they had a 100% first deposit and a 150% second deposit promotion, and I wanted to give Rival another chance, so I registered there. I succesfully claimed the first deposit promotion, made a deposit, and received the bonus. I lost it quite quickly, but this was the last event which went as it should have. I wanted to claim the second deposit promotion, but it was not available in the cashier. So I used the live chat asking them adding this promotion to my list in the cashier, and was said that it would be forwarded to the management. After that the issue remained unaddressed for good.
On the next day I got an email "We noticed you haven't been playing at Irish Luck Casino yet" offering me the first deposit bonus which I have just played, and a "Welcome back bonus (2nd deposit bonus) 150% bonus up to 300 ". Oh man I have just played yesterday, but never mind. Logged on to the sw, of course the 150% promotion (as well as the 100%, but that's ok) is nowhere. So I replied to the email in which they offered the promotion, and in about a week I got a reply. I was told that the 150% promotion is no longer available, but as a goodwill gesture they re-enabled the 100% first deposit promotion for me, so I can claim it once again. Great.
...and. Yes, you bet and you are right. I logged in to the software again, but the 100% promotion was not there, and is not there up to now. So I emailed them again, said thank you for the new promotion, but "it's not in the cashier, please enable it for me". This issue is also unaddressed by them since then. At that point I uninstalled the casino.
I recently had my birthday, and I checked my emails. Found an email from them, saying "Free casino chips! + 250% up to 250 Birthday Bonus". I installed the casino and logged on, and yes, surprisingly $10 free chip was ready to be claimed. I did so, and I lost it in one minute, so I wanted to take the 250% birthday bonus. But here we go again, it was not in the promotion list of course. I emailed them, writing " I could play with the free chips, but I am unable to claim the birthday bonus." This time I got a reply within 40 minutes: "We would like to inform you that you have claimed and finished your $10 no deposit birthday promotion today."
Great. Dear support representative, could you please actually read my email and your original email??? I never asked about the free chip but the birthday bonus. So I wrote back, asking for enabling me to claim to birthday promotion for which I was just invited by them. Unanswered up to now. It is a strange birthday present, isn't it? This was not my most relaxed birthday I would say
This is my experience with Irish bad Luck.
