I have some difficulties to get IntraGame pay my withdrawal. I do not know what is the problem with them at the moment as my withdrawal is not such big.
This situation has been ongoing for over a month now. At the beginning I won with first deposit bonus and cleared the required wagering and played after that too. After that there was not any withdrawal methods available and I tried to contact all their supports but did not receive any messages from any of the email addresses they provided. After few days the withdrawal was possible on the site but still no response from their support.
The withdrawal stayed and stayed as a pending withdrawal and there was no signs of their support. After about 2 and ½ weeks I sent them once again mail but now instead of asking about the withdrawal I asked about how to make a big deposit. Needless to say that to this message they answered within 5 hours.
About week after that they sent me a message that they have had problems with email systems and now they asked documentation. I sent the needed documents and after couple of days they answered with asking additional documents to be filled in. I filed them and sent them back and after that it has now been over a week without hearing them.
There was also one other case when they have answered to my email very quickly. It was when I got pissed of enough and wanted to rollback my pending withdrawal (and lose and forget it). I asked them to rollback it to my account and needless to say that this was answered within 2 hours. Bad luck for them (or for me?) I managed to double my winnings this time and now I am having this amount as a pending withdrawal.
For the past week I have emailed them daily without any response. Please be careful with this casino.
