Intertops New Game Vulcan Warning !!!!

There is a new game at Intertops called Vulcan. I was playing tonight and good thing only put 25.00 in to try it. The game guarantee feature is broken. I went to live chat and was told yes the game is broken. Why it was not pulled I do not know. They said they have been getting other complaints as well.

The feature Guarantee is not broken, it's just done differently. If you bet maximum lines, it triggers randomly between 26 and 250 spins. It alerts you when it's triggered by announcing there are 25 spins left to the trigger.

You can't choose to trigger it and it has no meter, so some people may not like it, but it works!

ETA: It seems you can trigger the spin for an early chance once the 25 spins left is announced and take a chance early. If it's broken on inetbet and intertops, it is working on Jackpot Capital and Lucky Red

OK I saw that but if you read the live chat there is a problem with the game chat rep confirmed it. Also with all the other feature guarantees you are able to press the button to get your feature. So if I'm running low on funds I can take my chance and try to get the feature. I think this is causing confusion. I shouldn't be paying a dime extra for every spin if I can't get to the feature. Name it feature chance or something different so people do not get confused. To me guarantee means before I leave that game I will have the opportunity to spin the wheel.

I just played Vulcan at Lucky Red. Started at $150, spun $1 until my bankroll was $1.54. At that point, it goes to the "feature wheel" automatically. I had a 72% chance... and didn't get it.

The whole time I hated not having any idea how close I was to the feature. Not sure I will spin this one again for a while until they figure out its flaws (if it has any).

listed as very high variance. I predict that RTG is testing the waters with this new version of the feature
guarantee. Maybe to some people it's an added level of aggravation when they lose their deposits AND
lose on the feature guarantee on the other games. Vulcan just gives the player a higher potential of hitting the feature.

i was playing it at high noon ...i had a 25 balance i betted at 25 and after 75 spins or so i got busted i didn't get feature then when my balnce was under 1 i get a message and that i could try for the feature gurantee
with 72% chance i tried and lost it

now that what the thread starter saying if she made the 25 spins when she busted out she must get a chnace try the feature guarantee with what ever % it mus be

I played this game quite a bit this weekend and, while I like the game, I don't like the fact that you don't know where you are in relation to the feature guarantee. I don't think it is working quite right anyway.

I was counting spins as I went, once I got the feature guarantee on 125 spins and the last time I had played 175 spins with no feature guarantee so I decided to give it up. When I tried to go back to the lobby, the feature game option came up. I chose to play and the counter only showed that I had played 65%. Now, unless the feature guarantee is random and just happens whenever it wants to, I don't think the spin counter is working.

Until things are working better or I understand how the game plays, I won't be playing it much.

This is RTG, where their slots are limited to a 2500x bet max payout during a bonus, so 500x multiplier might kill the feature on the first spin. It is deceptive to load the top end of variance with such huge payout possibilities when it is near certain that players getting this far will never see the full extent due to this overall limit.

OK Just so you know, I can afford to gamble. I don't need free chips. 2nd the only reason I asked for refund is CHAT REP said there is issue with game. That being said to me is why I asked. 3rd Yes this is massive confusion about this game. Should it trigger before you bust out or when you leave game? I reread it 3 times and yes I can read, It is confusing. When people hear the word guarantee they think they have the chance for a feature either by hitting it or pressing a button to get it. I think if it is something else they should name it something else.

Now did he say it was broken because their were so many complaining or was there an issue with the game? Unless you work for Intertops I guess we really wont know. I wouldn't assume he said that because people were complaining. I think there was more and that's why I got the refund.

1. I hate Feature Guarantee games, they greatly increase total bet. I don't play them with real money.

2. I really hate Vulcan because you have no way of knowing where you are in the count for the feature.

3. Played in free mode and feature paid less than 10x bet. Bleh! I've only had mediocre wins on a Guaranteed Feature slot.

4. I'm sick of RTG games. One is just a clone of another with different pictures. I want to see games like IGT and WMS.... *sigh*....
