Intertops- highest praise!

Hiya folks!
Been awhile since I've posted but felt compelled to share a most positive experience (nice to be able to say that about an online casino for a change!) at Intertops. I won't bore you with details, but I had a potentially nasty problem with a payout and after dealing directly with the staff there, it was resolved without trouble and as professionally as anyone could imagine. They went far beyond expectations and I feel it is equally important to let players know when a casino is deserving of praise as it is when they should be chastised- if not more so.

Yup intertops is pretty darn good, the last few weeks they have been paying (so they say, I did win there couple of weeks ago though) customer service helped me with some confusion on a withdrawal and right now intertops is one of my main casino's I will be playing at.

a bit more details, as requested.....

I had requested a $1400 payout via check, but being from the US and utilizing a check-cashing service I was unable to redeem the check (anyone have any idea why this has been blocked lately by casinos?) After contacting Intertops I was instructed to return the check and did so, but they never received it. After allowing some time for the check to arrive, Intertops (completely on their own) informed me that it had been long enough, stopped payment on the check and returned the amount (and associated fees) to my account so I could withdraw via another method. Here's the over the top part: They processed my western union request without fees and in a matter of hours. Now how's THAT for customer service? For those who bag on RTG casinos, (love RTG software, myself) it should be known that there are some outstanding operators out there and Intertops proves it.

could you imagine the hell I would have gone through at Catseye or one of those other less than scrupulous places? Stick with the Meister list- you can't go wrong! (but we already know that, don't we?) heh.

Ok, well I might want to take some praise back as I just found out instead of 48 hours for withdrawals it's now 4 business days then still the 48 hours on top of that for a withdrawal.

Not the worst we have seen of course but still what is up with that?
