Lottomart praise

I wanted to give a shout-out to the guys at Lottomart. I had a nice little withdrawal of nearly 3k three days ago, but for some reason my Visa card wouldn’t accept the payment. Lottomart had to then arrange a bank transfer and requested my docs to process. This was all done by this afternoon and the money landed in my account shortly after.

The support team I spoke with were all very quick, very helpful, and went out of their way to help. I have only won a couple of times at this casino, but they handle things so well when you do win.

They deserve some praise as I haven’t dealt with support this good before anywhere else

It wasn’t Lottomart’s fault at all for the manual withdrawal it was my own card provider. It was a visa engage card that I use for my game playing (as my gaming budget is always in a separate account)

Just wonderful support all round, and the best I’ve actually had at any casino.
