Well, this is what I came here looking for and it doesn't look good. I have had my withdrawal rejected 3 times over simple little "problems" with my documents. The thing is, I have been a member there since they had a microgaming casino. So, about 20 years? It's bad enough they are still in the 19th century with their banking. But I enjoy playing their poker & 2 casinos. Now, I am ready to call it a day with them.

My original withdrawal was for $635 leaving $200 or so to play with. After being dicked around with their "tactics", I resubmitted a withdrawal for $875, now once again, there is a "problem" with my ID. I even have a "REAL ID", you know, the new one put out in the USA now for air travel, army bases and such, with the gold circle w/a white start on the upper right corner.

Does Casinomeister have an Intertops rep and where is he/she?

Any help would be wonderful

I have been treated exactly the same way. Four rejections of my withdrawal because of problems with my documents so far within two weeks. A in the middle of the scanner placed ID-Card has been called "cut off" from them for example. Needless to say, the have accepted deposits from me. I know Intertops has no rep here but many experienced players still play there because it has been a safe place for about more than 15 years. So please be careful.

Yes, I got that excuse for several shots as well. "cut off on sides, etc. BS. They finally took one. My son took four or five photos with me holding the ID up by my face, making sure they could read the ID in that photo as well. I sent all of them to them in the same reply, lmao. Figured they'd use one for sure. So, now I am fully "vetted" just not sure how much more I want to play there after all that.

Why all the snarky posts? Intertops does have form for doing this, you don’t need an essay to convey that. English may not be their first language if they’re Bulgarian. You do get a few people seemingly siding with the bookies and casinos here, it’s odd.

I too cannot get clear documents which have been approved through verification companies, like Coinbase and Wells Fargo for example, to be accepted with Intertops.
Keep getting the run around and dragging time out we are at a month now.
