internet speed can someone advise

I am currently with virgin media 30 MB but the problem is when I am in the Vegas tab at Ladbrokes (playtech) the games run really slow and sluggish, will it have something to do with my speed should I pay an extra £5 per month to upgrade to the 60 MB. Is there something I can do with my computer to speed up the games?

If other places play fine, I doubt its your connection. I don't play at Ladbrokes and I have no idea how the games are set up but:

IF you can open a Game in a New Window like on NetEnt - Do so. Then try to navigate away from the page displaying the vegas games.

This has resolved lagging games for me because some places think its COOL to overload their pages with Flash.

I have no idea, I know how to switch my computer on and open a web page, thats about it , How can I find my speed

Woops - I don't know - Maybe try to put your Antivirus in "Gaming Mode" or disabling it to check if it may be the cause?

hello its not your connection its more to do with ladbrokes casino ( only on playtech side ) i dont have a account with them by my mrs does & has nothing but poor speeds & disconnects alot , so dont bother upgrading )

Agree, I thought Hallelulah when I saw they had gone to playtech as Im no Microgaming fan.

The games are really slow, crashing frequently. They had playtech live dealer which has now disappeared. I have asked AT LEAST 4 times when it will be back and been told "Shortly"

Yeah it is just the playtech side, its awful. I wont bother upgrading
