Intercasino withdrawal limit?!

Ok new to this board and general online slots.

Love going to Vegas, been several time and like to hit it big on the slots.

Now and again i do have a flutter with online slots and decided over the weekend to have a go with intercasino. My bets range between £10-£50ish depending on how i feel.

Managed to bag a big with with intercasino , now im finding out that you can only withdraw £4,000 per week?! Seems strange since i can deposit alot higher amounts than that.

Is this a common thing with online casinos? Once i manage to get my winning out of IC (Will take 6 weeks!) i want to play somewhere that dont have these stupid rules.....unless its the norm?

With your bet sizes any other place would make you instantly a VIP player where you wouldn't have any or much higher withdrawal limits. Try Bet-At, Videoslots, Redbet, Mr. Green, Energy, just to name a few.

After firstly voiding my withdrawals for needing identification verification (Which i was expecting) that went fine, then processed my with withdrawals again only for them to say a day later that its a £4,000 max per week withdrawal (As per T&C's) and again cancelling my withdraw requests.

Contacted there CS and said there is nothing they can do, so looks like it's wait 3-4 days for each withdrawal request over 6 weeks.

Seems crazy i have to wait so long for my winning! Suppose i should just be happy i won a large amount.

Hence, they got their a*** covered with that last clause. However, the rep should sort it out for you.

This is odd - but Intercasino have recently changed hands. They never used to limit withdrawals - I wonder if it's a bonus or promo-related restriction and in specific bonus terms? If not, that's really bad news for a brand that was once a cut above the crowd.

In fact thinking about it, Intercasino seems to have constantly gone downhill since I first encountered it. I remember when it had amazing games (especially the VP), instant cashouts, no reverse, no limits. Then they f**cked up the VP by throwng discarded cards back in, then they re-branded into a horrendous looking site, got rid of the download casino, removed half the games, added a reverse pending period, ditched instant withdrawals...and now this? Not all under the current ownership to be fair but still. Quite sad to see a good casino go backwards really.

The win was won on a normal cash deposit, no bonus.

Stopped giving Intercasino the time of day Years ago for many of the same reasons Simmo gave. So not on my recommended list. If you want a good experience my first and foremost choice would be 32Red. Guts, Videoslots and Mr Green are also very good

Well after a couple more well worded emails an account manager has emailed me and said as a "special x-mas gift for me to enjoy" they would let me withdraw the amount in one hit. How nice to let me have my winnings lol .

I have put the withdraw request in now just waiting to see if it does go though or gets rejected again.

The IC rep has sent me a PM and looks like he will help if this fails.

Will update once the pennys actually hit my back account.

Joined upto videoslots....had a couple nice wins and happy to report no problems withdrawing so they will be getting my fun money from here onwards!Great service from the online chat when i have asked questions
