Hi, sorry my first post is a complaint.

I just signed up with intercasino.co.uk.
They have a bonus offer, for 1st time players on their site where you put a code in and recieve 50.

They terms say

The only games which do not count towards your wagering requirement are:

Baccarat
Craps
Punto Banco

I played 1500 of single deck Blackjack yet when i checked, none of my bonus had cleared. I then emailed the casino manager at JaneB@intercasino.co.uk, but she has chosen to ignore my email. Could anyone suggest what I do next, or is this casino a cheat?

Inter is a wee bit on the slow side when it comes to answering emails. I suggest giving it a few more days or calling them on +800-2467-9261(from US, toll free). There's is absolutely no need to worry, this casino is not "a cheat".

hi thanks for the quick response I already emailed the address you suggest with all the details. The problem is not that I need credititing with 50, I did recieve it. It's just than once I had bet my 1500 i was expecting to be able to withdraw some of my winnings, but the balance is not withdrawable as the bonus did not clear.

I am happy that you seem a good casino now, and this is a small problem.

Jane should be around tomorrow handing out free cash on the multi-player Blackjack tables as part of the 12 days of Christmas promotion.

Single Deck Blackjack is considered differently due to the very low house edge compared with multi-deck Blackjack. Existing players (you will be one in January) have a choice of two bonus codes for the monthly match. One for Blackjack players with a 30x playthrough, and one for non-Blackjack players with only an 18x playthrough.

E-mailing Jane directly is normally faster than E-mailing the support desk, however there may be no-one to respond when Jane is away.

Just make sure there's no WR attached to it that they could apply to everything else....
 
the 50 free is nice and withdrawable, but the initial problem is yet to be addressed still.

Guess this will get sorted some time after xmas now

If its any consolation I had a big runaround with intercasino ... a lot of hassle sending emails ... I had to set an ultimatum in the end and say if they dont reply within fourdays then I will have to conclude they are effectively defrauding me.

Seemes to do the trick ... had to send ID in, took about eight more emails to 'straighten out' the problem (along the lines of having your account name as john smith but your neteller account as johnathon smith ... seemed to set major fraud bells off with them).

However, they did sort it out and in the end it was all very amicable and a reasonable (if not maybe overly fair) resolution was made and they met their promises when they made them.

So, they may be a bit muddled, but (in my experience) if you stand up to them they will do the right thing and (equally important) do it when they eventually agree to do so.

*sniff*

I never got any 'bonus' for waiting nearly four weeks and maybe 16 emails for my payment.

Should have complained on the forums instead of to their CS I guess.
