Thanks for the info jetset. Wondering if anyone has any experience playing there and how they are with payouts. I have not deposited and used a no deposit coupon to give them a try. I now have a large balance and would like to be sure I am following the rules in order to cashout. It seems I need to make a deposit to cashin in order to meet wr. However, if they are sketchy on payouts, I am not sure I want to deposit to get the run around. I do not have any knowledge about this casino.

If I deposited $30 and wagered $450, will my withdrawable balance then show that I can withdraw that money. No replies back from the casino after more than a week does not seem like a good sign. your available withdrawal should be at most 15x your nd bonus.........sorry.....thats what most casinos do.

Hi kakata did you get that off the terms and conditions at victoria palace or out off the blue?

And i have heard good things about this casino at anouther forum but there kinda new and thats awhole lot off money.

As Jetset mentioned, they are Chartwell.

I found the customer service to be personal. They will allow US players in fun mode and to use no deposit coupons (I understand you aren't US OP, but it is something to look out for) They have no (?) process for US players to deposit so they certainly don't have (?) way to withdraw.

Paul, the servers were very bad in the three days I played there -constant spin and resets.

note For US - no qt and no netspend... it's chartwell.

I think it is bold of them to offer 'fee money' rather than simply play mode to US players - kind of tells me they have something in mind for the future (or don't care if our abililities to play change in the future) either way, from what I've seen from others in this thread, they pay. I'd (OP) deposit a pittance to find out if they pay North America if you like the odds. I don't.

I decided to check out the website to see if I could offer any help...
At first glance this was among the WORST casino websites I have ever seen!
First off I could see no promotions, T&C's, about us, or contact us links... but then I noticed a tiny 'Terms & Conditions' link bottom right which does go to these pages.

Having read through the Bonus T&C's I can see no mention of a maximum withdrawal from a free-chip.

As mentioned above, you need to deposit & wager with your own money 450 chips on SLOTS or SCRATCH CARDS ONLY.

Under normal circumstances I would describe this bonus offer as totally rubbish, but as you have somehow got your balance up to an incredible $8000 (how DID you do that? ) then it's definitely worth depositing & meeting the WR!
However, I don't think $30 will be a big enough starting balance to wager $450 on slots - unless your fantastic luck continues. I would start with at least $100.

The contact problems could be to do with the Christmas holidays. But I noticed that their Fax number is in the UK, which is a good sign! I think you should definitely go for it, and if you get any problems at least you know where to find the CasinoMeister!

Thanks for the replies. Finally recieved an email from support. They pointed out that Candians are also allowed the $30 bonus...but it is only for "fun" as
Canada is also on their "not allowed to play" list.
