I used the Promo Code for the new "Hairway to Heaven" slot. In all my despair I played a slot that was not allowed in the promo. I stopped immediately and contacted them thru the website. They promptly replied and told me that they registered my mistake and to go ahead and play... The allowed Games. When I got up from the computer, my husband sat down and loaded one of his favorite games (he hit spin 4-5 times) I screamed for him to stop.. But it was too late. I just stopped playing, in all my embarrasment I did not want to contact them again. I waited until this morning and sent another message confessing what happened.. and also told them I would understand a Void on the deposit and the whole session. They replied Immediatley "AGAIN" and restored my deposit and told me to play any game without the bonus. Even tho many of us members have issue with Inetbet about not having live chat service or a phone number available.. the point to this is that they replied and handled my silly little situation very quickly !

Nice story Jackie and thanks for sharing :)

Inetbet have never been anything except fair and reasonable. I just wish they'd fix their email issues.

Just some friendly advice.......don't ever tell a casino that someone else is using your account, as some of them will void your winnings and/or close your account as technically it is against the rules. An operator like iNetbet will be cool, but some won't.

Advice taken ,,, however I was to embarrassed to tell them that I played the wrong game "again".. ! I wanted so much to tell them that I don't read plain english or that I am legally blind, So I just came clean and told the truth.

While this was handled fairly and professionally by Inet I cannot understand why the disallowed slot was 'playable' in the first place. Surely all RTG operators must have known by now the system allows you to exclude any game while playing with a bonus thus rendering a 'disallowed game' unplayable whilst a coupon is active.

I've never seen this option on RTG casinos. At which ones have you seen it? For example, on the slots only bonuses, I'm pretty sure you can play table games even though they will disallow your play at the end if you have done this. I think this is a great feature and would love to play at the casinos that have it.

I've never understood how a casino can take a bet and then say it's void after. Gamblers want to play anything and everything and casinos want gamblers that play that way. I'd be thrilled to see software that simply did not allow play on a game that was not allowed on that particular bonus (I think I've seen this on Rival). It would really cut out many of the problems that occur after the fact.

Same should be done at casinos that limit the max bet on bonuses. A player should simply not be allowed by the software to violate the rules.

I am glad things worked out for you. Even though there is no phone support I don't seem to have any trouble with them. They have been very good to me and that is one of the reasons they stay at the top of my list. Cashouts are always handled in a quick and easy manner. I do hope they get on the right track so all the players can be happy with them.

Wishing you lots of luck!

IMHO it's unnacceptable to forbid certain slots that are still available to play. These forbidden games act as booby traps waiting there just for you to mess up and giving them a reason to void your winnings. It's predatory behaviour regardless of what the terms say.

Slotocash and Club World.

Also take care on the monthly bonuses. They might have the same name each month, but on at least a couple of occasions i noticed they had removed a slot that was allowable the month previous. I always check.
