iNetBet: games not downloading

Hey everyone,

I've already e-mailed support (and if this isn't just me, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has), but I just want to see if anyone else is having issues. I made a $40 deposit at iNetBet last night and, much to my chagrin, I got this message whenever I tried to download a game:

(ERRORCODE=800130) Unable to download file. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.

It didn't matter if it was a table game, a slot, keno, or even a scratch card. Anyone else having this issue, or is it just me?

I've tried on both of my computers and get the same error, and yes I have tried reinstalling and restarting my computer. Additionally, all firewall utilities and antivirus programs are deactivated.
 
iNetBet has been Accredited at Casinomeister for nearly 20 years.
It happend to me earlier today (never before). Tried a few minutes later and it worked. Probably they have tech problems.

this is for Intertops red though. Just redownloaded it to my new laptop. I have tried everything I can think of but still getting that same code.

I have experienced it at a few different casinos this week. Only fix seemed to be uninstalling and then re-installing the software. PITA - but worked.

Take it as a message from a high power to play somewhere else...lol..Inetbet payouts suck, some of the worse of RTG I have seen, let alone lousy tourny's...really tired of the lack luster efforts and payouts from this joint, i think they need a good kick in the butt to get back on track.
