How hard it is to close the account in there? I have sent out email(s) to support and no answer :D
Reason is that my gambling is a bit out of control. Whats funny they have answered other queries in 24h but not closing the account permanentally due the gambling issue. + 2mails a day´´ DEAR X EXCLUSIVE BONUS OFFER DEPOSIT NOW AND KEEP LOSING YOU ADDICTED FREAK!!!

So what happens il keep going back , accredited casino.. shame on you!

"DEAR X EXCLUSIVE BONUS OFFER DEPOSIT NOW AND KEEP LOSING YOU ADDICTED FREAK!!!"

Ha ha. PM The rep here - they are generally very good at iNetBet - although one of the main criticisms that sporadically occurs is the email response time / lost emails etc.

I'm sure they will sort it for you and good luck cutting down/quitting.

@Rickharder:

Did you, or did you not, tell iNetBet that you have a gambling problem?

Since you admit to us that you have a gambling problem I strongly advice you to send Bryan a message and then place you in the "quit gambling" group.

Good luck btw, I really hope you quit now.

I agree that it sucks when you have to deal with this kind of problem. They should be able to close your account and ban you for life. My problem were the casinos that would close my account but would have no lifetime self exclusion policy. I won't mention any of those so I don't add to your addiction problem. Good luck to you!

Can you please PM me your user name, so i can look into this.
Thank you
Emily

Hi, do not worry I have located your account.

You asked us to close your account for the first time on the 19th Feb 2014, your account was immediately closed and has remained so since.

Your only mail to us on this subject was ''i wanna close my inetbet account xxxxx permanentally , your casino is horseshit. go fuck you selfs good bye''

I am unsure why you would initiate posts suggesting this was not the case, we closed your account and neither did you mention any gambling issues or gambling problems, it also did not remain open after repeated requests as you have inferred.

Regards
Emily

I hope this member is booted from here. There is no excuse whatsoever for that kind of language. It's almost that I hope he lost a fortune at your casino.

That is one of the most offensive things I have ever seen. Absolutely abhorrent.

It really makes you wonder what's going wrong in the world. Sending communication like that?

I mean, who spells "permanently" pemanentally? PERMANENTALLY?!

You people make me sick.

Totally unfair of the OP to blast the casino, I agree. After all, that's a surefire way to get your account closed by writing an email and swearing at them. Chances are this player didn't check to see if their account was in fact closed and just assumed it was open because they were still getting mail.

This isn't the first time someone has closed their account and continued to get promotional emails, I remember seeing a couple other people complaining about it too - you'd think if you close your account then you'd also be removed from the mailing list, right? Maybe that's something that iNetBet should look into streamlining, close the account AND remove the player from the list at the same time.

When OP tells us his version, and the way he did it, of course it's ok to post his "horsesh!t"!

I understand what your saying, I think what the Op did was disgusting and I also think that Inetbet has every right to defend themselves and even go into detail on the specifics of this situation. However, I don't know... I might be mistaken but I just think that emails are supposed to be kept confidential. That should come under proper business etiquette. I think it's called privacy but I could be wrong.

I mean for example I wouldn't want to send a PM to another member on this forum in good faith only to find they then post it all over the forum. But that's probably more about ethics. I don't believe that one despicable act deserves another but that's just my opinion. Maybe it's acceptable in this case. I don't know. I'm interested to see what the Mods think though.

Chu I think the Op also needs to change his avatar :eek2:

While very rude, I can understand why this user used such language. He was simply trying to drive the point home and make sure that Inetbet banned him for life, that's all. Of course, he could've and should've used more appropriate language but gambling will do that to us. I've been there myself and can relate.

There are a million ways to drive your point home without being rude. Let's just say the OP has low EQ and is unable to control his emotions. He knows how to express sarcasm as he showed iin the title of the thread so why should he resort to write as he did.

Yeah, ya right. If he claps on his #ick it really hurts. Ouch!

... Wow! Far from pleasant :eek2::eek2::eek2:

But posting private emails on a public forum? Surely that can't be okay :what:
In my opinion, once someone becomes abusive and starts sending emails like that, then it's fair game.

1.20 - Threatening or abusive behaviour: members who threaten or abuse casino representatives or their staff will be booted from the forum. Act like an a-hole - get treated like one.

Bye. You only have to blame "you selves".

IMHO that's not completely fair game. The casino should have resorted to paraphrasing instead as there could be parts of the text that are strictly confidential in nature so if that info goes public its in a way a breach of trust between casino and player. All said, the OP deserves stick for resorting to such abusive behavior.

Trust is earned. It is a respect thing.

When the player breaches that trust by posting BS in public, all bets should be off, and the casino should be able to defend themselves. In this case, no personal data or any private details were revealed.....just a juvenile bunch of vitriol that serves as a reminder that many players are willing to outright lie to smear the name of a good operator.

I wonder if this would be such an issue for you if it wasn't Inetbet.

Well, the bitter words of a loser-gambler stung and full of self-loathing. I know casino CS and reps may be trained to expect these ravings on occasion, but it is still unacceptable and unnecessary - it's not their fault after all.

Emily and her CS - all I can say is that he is hurting far more than his offensive rant could ever hurt you. And if this is how his lack of self-control manifests itself, he deserves to as well.

That's a ridiculous statement to make as you are merely speculating and damaging my integrity. I have my right to voice my own opinion.

If everyone just took a deep breath and thought about it they would realize that we are all just human beings. Why anyone would speak to a support rep with such horrible words doesnt make any sense. They are just a human being and they didn't do anything to you.
The more quickly ppl respect one another the less likely any of this nonsense will occur. Its just common decency to other human beings. Everyone should try it.

Chu,
I absolutely agree with you!

There is no reason to make those comments and then come here to appear as a victim of an unscrupulous casino.

I really appreciate Emily responding the way she did to set the record straight. Account was closed per his request.

You've seemed in a very good mood the last couple of weeks - did you get divorced or something...?

:p
KK

Haha. Yes.

Divorced. Of course! That's EXACTLY what happened!

Me digging late at night, carrying a large black bag down to the bottom of the garden and then having a patio fitted over the hole is purely coincidental. The divorce just gave me more time to concentrate on late night gardening. And laying a patio.

Officer.
