they have a 15 dollar no deposit, max cashout 100. anyway if you go to play there, click on games at the top, table games blackjack to refresh the game EVERY TIME you get a blackjack or doubled win, or if the software either mistakenly pays you 3 to 2 on a split win or if the win is split between the two stacks for each split hand. it takes away your 2-1 or 3-2 payout if you just press next deal. also they just drew on a soft 17 to soak me for a dollar. since it was a ndb i don't much care, but i could have been well over 100 and grinding the wr down if i had got paid enough early on with the doubles. did the screenshot work? i never did one before. crap i had to make it quite small. but dealer had 6A and pulled an A to beat my hard 17 stand. i tried alt+prscr and then shrunk, shrunk, shrunk until it was under the limit. sorry i couldn't make it clearer. i'll post it again if a get a better way to. crap, i played one more hand and they drew to an A6 again, but on the table it clearly says stand on 17. this site just blows i guess. i'm going to try and creep up on 50 or 100 again though and ask about the playthrough, which also isn't clearly stated. all it says is blackjack 100, vp/others 75, slots 25. i am guessing that means how many times playthrough, which is ridiculous, but also just before that it mentions contributing %ages, without mention what the wr might be. this is the hardest to understand bonus i've ever seen.

update, dealer has A3, pulls a 3 for seventeen, stands. how does it only draw if the first two cards are soft 17? don'r play here unless you are just doing the ndb. i hovered between 5 and 100 dollars, went back and forth like 6 times, i am over 100 now, and since that's max cashout, playing $1 hands until i reach exactly 100, when i will ask for wr. have no idea how close or how much over i played. reckon i've played 50x the 15 bonus though. mostly betting $5 a hand. good for busting or not drawing out though, just doesn't pay unless you exit the game on split/double/bj. lucky i haven't busted, been down to my last bet no less than three times, and won those clutch hands. it's fun if you got no money and a sh!tload of time to play to a bonus you don't know the wr for. cheers. oh but sw lets you the option to draw to 21, kinda dumm just don't fall for it lol

Not sure about the rules of their BJ, but the way I read the WR is this:
If you play BJ, it's x100, so 100 x $15 = $1,500 playthrough.

As to your screenshots, remember to always save them in JPEG format - much smaller memory usage!
(Reduce to 640 x 480 max pixels).

I was going to start my own thread... But - I'll just add on to this one.

InChilli - Cashout Problem (long story)

I decided to give them a try and got the $15 ND bonus. I didn't want it, but got it anyway because I couldn't get an operator to respond to my chat and I wanted to play (I guess I am impatient). I played out the $15 ND COMPLETELY.

I then was able to get a hold of an operator. I told the operator I would like to deposit and NOT get a bonus on my first deposit to the casino. 'No problem, just deposit and chat back so we can remove the bonus'

After depositing, I returned and the operator was able to remove the bonus (took about 1 hour for them to figure it out). I asked to ensure that the bonus wagering requirements were removed.

GET THIS: The operator told me that I had not met the W/R of the $15 ND bonus and it still applies (even though I played it to $0). Is this normal??? I don't remember that from any other casino. Anyway, it was only $375 in W/R.

Anyway - I played and won a bit of cash. I also played over $2000 in bets (easily exceeding the W/R) I withdrew a portion (only $100 more than I deposited). This was OVER ONE WEEK AGO.

Today I go into the casino because I didn't receive the money yet. Inside the casino I get a message stating that the Wagering Requirements were not met!

I chatted with an operator who told me that I deposited $200 and got a bonus of $100. Ugh. Of course, that is NOT true. Since I had the operator remove that bonus.

BTW - The Player Preferred software will NOT allow you to withdrawal if you haven't met the Wagering Requirements. At least it won't over at Hype Casino. So - either they are lying to try to get me to play more -OR- they just plain do not know how to properly remove bonuses.

In any event - DO NOT PLAY THERE if you value your money. I certainly hope I get mine back, but it is the most frustrating thing in the damn world.

Rant Over.

InChilli - Cashout Problem (long story)....
I'm more than slightly surprised that you're raving about Hype & moaning about inChilli...
What's your take on the Hype / inChilli relationship?

I wrote to Hype asking for some info and the reply pointed me to an inChilli website.
When I queried this, they said the only connection is same software.
I don't believe this for a second - I reckon they are both owned & run by the same company.
What do you think is the real situation?

To start... I always test new casinos and from the start I had a good run with Hype casino. They paid (although I had to provide docs) and I felt they were fair anytime I had an issue (In the first days of the casino launch, there was a problem with Treasure Hunter's bonus payout - I did not get $37.50 that I had won on the original reels. They sent me $100 for my troubles).

So - I felt they were always honest and helpful. And, most importantly, I like the slots :)

InChilli, on the other hand, is giving me excuses and not paying me for a long time. I was certainly hoping that they would be another excellent casino - but at this point I am seeing excuses instead of solutions. I would hate for others to get into the same boat.

I asked the fellows over at Hype who the owners of InChilli are and got an 'I don't know'.. Not sure that is the truth, but I just sent an email to another contact of mine to see if I can find out any more info. So - at this point I don't know if there IS a relationship.

I have heard differently, but just hearsay at this point. I am waiting for furthur information on this directly from the source. I certainly hope I can find out more, but I am VERY supprised that Hype would point you to the InChilli website. If that is the case, then I am not sure how I would feel about Hype anylonger based upon my feelings about InChilli Support.

I don't mean to sound gloom and doom, but I don't trust places unless they give me a reason to...

I think KK is right, and there is other information pointing in this direction too (see the Hype Gaming thread elsewhere here).

I also think the association with Player Preferred is extremely close. The fact that efforts are apparently being made to camouflage these associations doesn't increase my respect for their integrity, I have to say.

Yeah, I just got done reading the other thread. I must say that I am quite dissapointed, but at this point I am going to wait for furthur information from higher ups that I have sent a few emails to.

I don't see any reason that there shouldn't be full disclosure on ANY casino.

yeah,

so i got up over 110 @ $5/hand, began playing for $1/hand. played for a good half hour befor efinally bottoming out at 100. at that point i leave a message through their contact link on website, to say, 'hey i played a whole bunch and got up to 100... i couldn't make out what the wr is on the ndb... please tell me how much is required and how much of that i've done... my w/d-able balance says 15, i guess i gotta play more, but then why could i just cash out the 15 without meeting any req's?' no answer yet.

as for the hype connection, their (inchilli's) t&c or similar page at the bottom of it, has a '-hype' at the bottom of it as if the page was authored by them...?

kw did you say the wr on the ndb is 375? i for sure did that, likely closer to or over 1000. did you find same re the payouts on double/bj/split wins, or is that even what you played there? also did you experience dealer hitting a 2-card soft 17 and standing a 3+card soft 17? kk you interpret 1500wr, is that based on what i said or did you look at the t&c for yourself?

The W/R for the ND is $375 for slots... However, for Blackjack it skyrockets to $1500. (based upon the terms and conditions)

I looked myself. It says BJ x100. That can only mean WR = $1,500.

BTW, I tried their BJ and was not impressed.
I didn't see the 'soft 17' thing, but I noticed it did not 'auto-stand' when I had 21.
So I tried hitting & it gave me another card!
No very good software in my opinion.

I also find their slots rather tedious - very similar to RTGs in many respects.
Especially the Cleopatra one - it even sounds exactly the same!

I had a good run at Hype last night so I deposited $25 at inchilli just for fun, well the software failed my deposit but it sure came out of my neteller. I emailed support but haven't heard a thing back:(

The only way you will get a response is through the chat facility. If you want some direct contacts over at InChilli - PM me and I will send you a contact that WILL get back to you.

BTW - From InChilli support, this is a Neteller API issue. From what they say - Neteller is currently changing their API and the success/failure is coming back screwed up.

Now - I don't know if that is true or not, but as a programmer - it at least makes sense.

inchilli support seem to be able to show competence when they feel like it, that is the first time I have seen what amounts to a proper reason for the deposit failures, better than the "I dunno" I get from most casino CS when it happens. Neteller have not even admitted to a problem, and have never followed up my original query with a reply after telling me the NT code and stating the problems must be at the casino end.

I wish I had remembered this thread before I deposited to inChilli yesterday.

If you ever took the no deposit bonus and lost it (and even if you didn't), DO NOT deposit to in Chilli casino.

They will hold you to the no-deposit wagering requirement for life.

No reputable casino would hold you to a wr after you have already lost every cent of it.

Here's my story:
1. I played and busted the no-deposit bonus months ago.
2. Yesterday I made my first deposit and received the sign up bonus.
3. I completed the deposit bonus wr and tried to cash out, but it was denied. 4. I was told I still had $283 wr from the nd bonus left to complete. 5. Subsequently I lost $110 finishing the $283 wr that I shouldn't have been held to in the first place.

You can also assume this goes for the deposit bonuses as well (if you bust the monthly or initial deposit bonus, that wagering requirement will carry over to subsequent deposit bonuses).

Imagine this: You could make several deposits over the course of the year claiming the monthly bonuses, losing each time. Until one month you finally have a great run and try to cashout. BUT NO!!! You still have many thousands of dollars in wagering requirements left to clear from previous months!!!!

Based on this hidden policy, it is nothing but a scam at inChilli casino. Please stay away.

If this is can be confirmed, this place needs to be rogued immediately!

sounds bad, indeed; but give them a chance to wipe out this "nonsense".
Maybe Kwblue can talk to them about this matter.

As he said on the prvious page, Kwblue already fell victim to this. They have had plenty of time to wipe it out.

I don't think it is just some nonsense. To me, it looks like a well-designed scam and pure rogue behaviour.

And if Hype Casino is under the same ownership / management, they should get rogued too. If they are not the same, then they should make that clear.

Hype and InChilli are NOT under the same management.

I am looking furthur into this issue and hope to have some sort of real answer soon. I do not know the InChilli folks as well as the Hype folks mainly because I did not trust the operation over there for several reasons.

Regardless, I will talk to some more people and see what I can find out about this bonus issue. Hype removed the ND bonus that they had, so I am confident that this is a NON-issue there. But - I will research anyway.

This takes time as they are not on the same time schedule as myself.

Hope I can clear some shit up... Frustrating to say the least.

I have an account at inChili, but (like Hype) have never had a good run and thus never had a tangle w/them over this stupid bonus WR carrying over. I WILL NOT play there or deposit there again.

And is there somewhere on their website that gives the full T&C and WR? I rambled around on there but didn't find it.

inChilli's T&Cs say nothing about holding you to wr after the bonus has been exhausted.

In fact the T&Cs are contrary to the casino's actions:

Any bonus and the deposit associated with the bonus is subject to wagering requirements before they may be cashed in by the player.

I wasn't trying to cash in the no deposit bonus, I had already lost it entirely.

The actions are consistent with a rogue organization that will pull any trick to avoid paying out the winning player.

Sorry - gave the wrong T&C's for Hype actually... InChilli was correct, though.

Hype - There is no direct link as it is session based (from what I could tell). You would have to go to the website and click through to promotions and then terms.
