Non-Bonus Complaint Impossible hand in Cyberstud with King Neptunes Casino

Hi all
I am new to this site but I have been playing with King Neptunes for a couple of months now and have always found them ok but I have had a problem over the last few days and am not happy with the outcome. I play Cyberstud and obviously it only involves one deck of cards but I got a pair of Jacks so doubled down and the dealer got 4 King of Hearts??? I made a complaint saying it was an impossible hand and I was not happy about it and they said they would look into it and then came back and said it was just a software error and that I should not worry about it. I still have a screen shot of it and sent it to them and they said that it was a "graphical anomaly which I’m told is very small percentage that happens" Is this normal or can I take this any further??
I know that the odds are always in their favour and that they have disclaimers on these things so apologies in advance if this is a dumb question

Have a look in your PlayCheck and see what that shows for the hand.
Graphical errors can and do occur on your screen - but PlayCheck should show what cards were MEANT to be displayed.

If you don't know where to find this, and you're using the download casino, go to "Games View" and click on the little menu icon in the top left corner.
