Sounds like a VIP rep to me. I have one at one casino, had one at VS before they stopped having a VIP program. I am highest tier at another casino here, and while I do not have a VIP rep, there are definite perks, including a different team, and more loyalty points for play. Sounds like your level of play warrants it. Just curious what 25K reward points are worth?

Wich is basically saying, if you need to reach us outside of these hours, dont worry, you cant.
But in the perks marked out below it says 24/7 customer service.
 
Well, you can reach customer service 24/7, and maybe get higher queue priority, o r the shift supervisor perhaps. Maybe the CSR would be authorized to but just your own rep during those hours. Seems reasonable to let them have a normal workday and days off.
