I like the info on North Korea:

Previously, there were many luxurious gambling establishments dotted around the glorious Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea, but alas, Dear Leader Kim-Jong Un’s unnatural luck made the industry unsustainable. On one particular hot streak, he broke 11 casinos in a single night (reinvesting the winnings straight into the nation’s nuclear armament programme). In order to solve this problem, the one casino that remains is for Dear Leader’s personal use only, and after inevitably breaking the house at the end of each evening, he graciously returns all the casino’s winnings to the pit boss in preparation for the following night.

In Belarus online gambling is not restricted by government, and hell, we do not use any proxies Kindly change this info if possible Also there is couple of online casinos(not well know, russian oriented like parimatch for example).

Probably based on this information which you gathered somewhere - some online casinos does not accept players from Belarus, because they think it is illegal here. Which is not correct.

Allow me to disagree. The fact that online casino play is not actively prosecuted, websites are not blocked does not mean it is actually legal. Here is an extract from legal company advice on their website in Russian. In essence, the law states that all gaming activities are to be carried out only (!) from brick and mortar establishments based in Belarus. All the other gaming services are deemed illegal. So even if there are extensions of local brands into online and international operators do not restrict Belarus players, this is in the dark grey area legal wise.


Согласно п. 3 Положения об осуществлении деятельности в сфере игорного бизнеса на территории Республики Беларусь, утвержденного Указом Президента Республики Беларусь от 10.01.2005 г. № 9 (далее – Положение) на территории Республики Беларусь разрешено осуществление следующих видов деятельности в сфере игорного бизнеса: содержание букмекерской конторы, содержание зала игровых автоматов, содержание казино и содержание тотализатора. Кроме того, п. 5 Положения установлено, что организация и проведение азартных игр, не предусмотренных законодательными актами, на территории Республики Беларусь запрещены. Пункт 1 Положения дает определение понятию «казино: игорное заведение, в котором осуществляется деятельность в сфере игорного бизнеса, с использованием игровых столов, игровых автоматов, иного игрового оборудования. В соответствии с п. 7 Положения игорное заведение может располагаться только в капитальных строениях [1]. Из вышеизложенного следует, что деятельность «онлайн-казино» в Республике Беларусь запрещена.
