I probably misjudged the tone of your question then.

I visited the site after finding it in the rogue section (because I'm curious). Did a quick search on the forums here and didn't find any mention that it was closed (no mention of it on the rogue page either). Kept clicking around and found that the site and casino were still up despite the mention on the main page. I decided to post this thread to inform people about what's happening with them. That is all, Nifty.
