Jeeze - after a 90 day suspension, the first post you make is giving someone grief. Not cool.
Anyway, Rival has gotten back to me and has confirmed that they have nothing to do with iButler casino - the games were copied and they will be vigorously defending their intellectual property.
@ players and affiliates - you need to drop this casino like a hot potato. Any casino that has the gall to rip off another software's images will have no hesitation to revoke winnings for no reason, or shave affy earnings. Consider yourselves warned.

FTR you were suspended for repeatedly ignoring warnings from the mods to clean up your act. It wasn't one post, it was a series of actions.
If you look at the actual reasons behind the "vacation" you might learn something, if you don't maybe your prediction re: Friday may well come true. Pretty much up to you which way it goes.

To Casinomeister, im 100% sure i have seen this software been used at another casino too. i dont know exactly name of the casino but i will find out. as i havent played rival before, i didnt knew they ripped off rival.

Can Rival go after these crooks for stealing their designs? It is quite obvious that is exactly what this place did. I would think Rival would not be so happy about it, but did Rival come up with designs or did they get them from some where else? Does anyone know?

I'm sure these are graphics that were developed in-house by Rival thus it's their intellectual property. Since iButler is actually licensed in Malta, Rival has an excellent chance to claim that property as theirs and sue for any losses incurred.
It's also another set back for the LGA since they failed to review iButler's software. Anyone with any online gaming experience would have noticed the difference. The LGA performs no due diligence; they should not be in the business of licensing casinos.

Given the other stunts those guys have pulled recently I wouldn't at all be surprised if the "lawyer" thing is a BS attempt to get you to pull the content. Ask him to have a copy of the lawyering papers, complete with contact info for the parties and their legal representatives, sent to your office. And asking that the papers state a specific period of time that the content needs to be removed isn't a bad idea either. Chances are that'll be the end of that discussion. And if they do come through with the legal work the blackout period may well be less than 30 or 60 days, at least that's what I've seen.
