I won at casino.com

Well they aren't making much effort to make this go smoothly.

I deposited $200 by credit card on 28th March. I made a withdrawal in April, they asked me for ID, I sent them what they asked for and they processed my withdrawal. Now they've sent out emails asking for a signed deposit declaration for the $200 deposit made in March, for copies of my credit card, ID, etc. Which I wouldn't mind, but they've already processed one withdrawal and received ID which they were happy with.

First off. WTG on your awesome win. :notworthy

Hmm. Not good.

So typical of so many casinos, to be very strict in cashouts.
I bet If you deposited 30k they wouldnt ask for any ID.

Hope they dont stall it to long. Keep us updated

Great win, please keep us posted on payment.

Your video poker win.

Just to let you know www.casino.com is under this websites rogue section. If you want to get paid off by this casino, you may need Casinomeister's help on this one.

If you still don't get paid, then you may need a good lawyer to deal with this website to monitor any "white collar" crime activity.

It's great to have a win, but it's even better to get paid off for it.

Hope it works out for you.

I can't see it in the rogue section.
Nope, nor can I.
And since they are part of the reputable Mansion group, I can't see why they would have ever been in there...
(Unless it was previous owners...?)

I dont like mansion. They stalled my poker winnings of 200$, by declining my cashout request, saying my id wasnt good. visa, pass, bank statements , utility bill, beeing verified by phone, nothing was good enough for them, and I ended up with 0$ and told them to close my account.

It only took about 5 emails and about 10 days before they managed to close my account.

Reputable my ass.

I made a post about it in the poker room section some time ago.

but they are licenced in Gibraltar, so I would not panic just yet.

From what I know of Gibraltar, and the way they conduct business, I wouldn't panic at all. When the 888.com white label casino, Lucky Ace, opened up.....there was a major screw up....accounts locked, winnings voided, claims of bonus abuse, etc. Once Gibraltar was made aware of the player issues/complaints, it was rectified, and fast. To my knowledge, all issues were dealt with in a satisfactory manner. This is one licensing/regulatory jurisdiction that I do have faith in.

No response to my email (asking what ID they actually want from me, given that they previously asked for, received, and accepted ID) yet. 5 days and counting.

I'm amazed that they haven't called you already to congratulate you and such, wow.. that's just short sited on their part! Is 28k not a big enough win to be worthy of a congratulatory call and to make sure things go smoothly?!

I don't understand why people try to win jackpots in casinos with so low reputation, like casino.com has. I don't think casino.com is a rogue casino but I would never trust them as much as I trust Bet365, for example. The jackpots are in every Playtech casino the same so there is no good reason to play at casino.com beside the bonus offer.

A good demonstration of this is the recent Joyland case. Joyland is good enough to win some smaller amounts (< 1000 Euro) with their bonus offers but I would never play a progressive game in this casino.

I never heard anything worrying about casino.com or Mansion. They invited me to their box at Tottenham last year. They seem well financed. Bet365 is better, but my account there is in pounds, you don't want to play Playtech progressives in pounds, the jackpot is lower. There aren't many playtech casinos with a better reputation, just Totesport and Bet365.

I called them yesterday, support didn't seem to have a record of my emails to them, nor theirs to me. She was useless, said she's send an email to the different department (apparently no phones there, only email), and I'd get a reply within 24 hours. No joy.

I don't think they're crooked, just useless.

Youre calm arent you. I wouldn't be able to sleep. I saw your post on moneysavingexpert about how to withdraw $28000.

I think your being generous!!! I am sick to death of trying to collect from so called "good" casino's, I am having a problem with an ECogra M/G right now, delays, reversal delays, doc's, ambiguous terms and so on....... Only a handful of good ones left, this industry has fallen to all time lows in my books.

Hmm this slow pay has cost me 800 so far, as the pound continues to strengthen against the dollar. They seem to have accepted my ID now at least.

I just connected to live chat, they said my wthdrawal will take 6-8 business days as I've 'only just requested it'. Why was that? Because the promised 'within 24 hours' response to my query about what was going on was deliberately delayed so that they could cancel my withdrawal as still pending after a week, so they can drag it out a bit longer.

Stay strong thelaw, just like the pound. :D Sounds like you may be nearing the end of a delayed payment.

Slow is pay is better than no pay, but the anxiety produced is ample.

Please keep up posted.

I have only just caught up with this thread for some reason.

I really think and hope you will get paid but it must be incredibly frustrating for you right now.
Maybe I will get back into VP now my love affair with slots is over.:what:
