I deposited $50 at Sloto Cash through my Netspend card.

I wanted to cash out, so I went to live chat and asked if they needed documents....he said that I needed to make a minimum deposit of $25 through my QT account in order to withdraw?

Now, I have to find $50 (that's the minimum at QT) that I don't have, because I just used it to gamble with and deposit that into QT just to get my withdrawal?

Is this true? Then why are they letting me deposit with Netspend? Does any of this make sense?

What a load of @*#$&@#$@ they're feeding you. The only time I saw any rival require a deposit before withdrawing anything is when you try to cash out from a free chip. Since you've made a request, I don't see any legitimate reason for them to ask you to make a deposit via your withdrawal method, once you've provided them with their faxback form.

Do they understand that you're not trying to cash out winnings from a free chip?

I asked what other methods they have for withdrawal and he said express something and QT. Those are my only 2 choices being from USA.

If those are the only options then why let me deposit using credit card?

(I saved the chat, because I didn't think it was for real)

At all Rival casinos, you have to deposit $25 by a certain method first if you wish to withdraw using the same method later. I think they need to make sure that the account in question is really yours.

That's sorta strange don't you think? Why in the world would I try to send my withdrawal to some strangers account? lol

Chuchu, do I also have to send documents? I asked him and he said I will get an email. He didn't say yes or no....he wasn't very helpful.

Am I the only one that finds that utterly amazing, if this is in fact true?

There's no way for a casino to prove that a QT account is really yours, even if you use it to make a deposit. Even when you try to deposit with QT you still have to supply the username and password to log into it with.....

What rubbish....

At least with Neteller, the EMAIL ADDRESS you have registered with the casino has to match the exact same address that you have registered with Neteller in order to deposit/cash out.
