I need some advice about this issue with MLW

I have used Moneylinewallet for the past couple months,and its been a good way for deposits.They take a couple days to charge my bank account but as soon as i got a grasp on how they worked it was fine.Ive heard people complain about them double charging so ive kept an eye on it,and my own records. I ended up winning $2500 on slots,I requested an ACH but it was sent to MLW due to the terms of the casino.It was an oversight on my part,i should of read the fine print better.I requested a withdrawal from MLW the same day.This was 1/14..I waited patiently the 30 days they said it would take,and heard nothing from them..I talked to live chat on day 32 and they said it processed and to be sent soon...Didnt get it..I talked to live chat on day 35 and asked what the hold up was,and they said i'd get and email within 48hrs from a manager explaining the hold up..I never got one.All the while i had been using the them to deposit..I noticed that they stopped charging my bank for a couple weeks,which made me nervous since i was already skeptical about them getting me my winnings.Long story short,my bank account was compromised (nothing to do with MLW) and i had to get a new account.When i got home from doing this i went to log on to MLW and couldnt log on.Live Chat said it was due to an returned deposit.I was going to explain my situation,but before i could they gave me an address where i could send a money order for what i owed them,which they say is 1461.00:eek2:i could be wrong,but my records dont show that number.I replied they owe me 2300 and this is day 41 since my withdrawal,and they told me my balance had to be paid before they would send it to me,and it does say in their terms that your balance has to be positive to withdraw.And mine was at the time i withdrew the money.So what do i do? I cant pay 1400 bucks right now.I was counting on that money.I told them to take out what i owe them from my withdrawal and send me the remainder,and im done with it.And they dont seem to want to do that.Am I wrong here? I would appreiciate any feedback,i dont want problems with them,but i want my money.Thanks for reading all this,i dont know what my next move is.

I think THEY are wrong. They have LIED to you, because they should have already SENT your withdrawal, but now they are saying this was NEVER done, and are now using the banking problems to hold on to it, something they could NOT do had they been telling the TRUTH earlier.

These processors KNOW DAMN WELL what the problems are of doing business in the USA, yet they blame the END USER when the inevitable happens, and hold THEM responsible for the actions of the US banking system's fight against the processors.

Had you NOT made that withdrawal, you account would STILL be positive. They are now saying they DELIBERATELY held your money for over 40 days, rather than actually sending it, but are treating it as THEIR money, not YOURS, when calculating that you owe them money.

These processors are NOT "fine upstanding" businesses, they are BREAKING THE LAW, but consider the money they can make worth the risk they take. Casinos are getting screwed by these shady processors all the time, so it is no surprise when the occasional PLAYER gets screwed over.

The only option may end up being your bank, since they already accept the old account was compromised. You could tell them that this has now resulted in YOU getting the blame from the "merchant" you were paying from the compromised account, and that they owe you this $2500 "refund", but will not pay it unless YOU pay THEM the $1461 owed from later "purchases".

Before actually going to your bank, tell MLW that you can't pay the $1461 because you never had access to the $2500, and that the later problems "snowballed" because of THEIR failure to process the $2500 properly, and that your ONLY option now is to ask your bank for help in sorting out this mess so that you CAN send them the $1461.

I doubt they want your BANK digging around TOO deeply into the issue, so may offer a compromise solution that keeps your bank out of this.

I didnt think i was being unreasonable.That is an interesting idea,im going to look into that.The thing that really bugs me about it is that ive chatted with them a number of times,requested a manager contact me and written an email asking for the same thing and have gotten no response.Zip.Zilch.Not one email,and my money could be gaining them interest right now.
 
Yeah,these guys have to be screwing me...

They havent been in contact with me at all,despite numerous attempts to get ahold of a manager or anyone besides live chat.So..they cant process a withdrawal because my account is in the negative...hmmmm...there is no reason why they cant put my money back into my account minus what i owed them if that is the case.Shenanigans..I guess im gonna keep pestering them and write all casinos i use telling them i believe they are ripping me off.
