I need help, I'm being stiffed for $100,000

I do not see why 2 accounts sharing same IP would be a problem. It could be his roommate having an account and play whenever isacm isn't.
If Noble poker allows 2 handles from same IP to join same sit&go they have bigger problems than paying out 100k. How could any player feel confident with their poker room if they allow that??!?!

/adamski

Just like any other poker room, they dont care about cheaters as long as they get there money. When they have to shell out there money all hell breaks loose.....

I think that's going too far, soap. Certainly cheaters are on every poker site, but not all poker rooms are the same in regard to how they deal with this issue. Although in this particular case the evidence certainly appears damming towards both player and poker room.

And if such info was availble you'd most certainly make it available. I would think.

Have a good one.

I got the feeling that this was the most damning evidence Noble had against the player. If they can not prove above or present other solid evidence of collusion I think their accusations is based on circumstances.

I can tell you as someone who works for a large Canadian internet provider that if the players are on high speed internet with a phone line internet provider that everytime a user disconnects and then reconnects to the net they get a new IP address. All a casino can tell is the general area of the IP address as the first 5 #'s of the 11 # address are the same. An example of how big the region with Ottawa IP addresses with my company, about 1.3 million people in the region, more then enough to make a coincidence in this case.

To say that a bunch of players were playing from the same IP address is complete BS and I would eat my own fecies if Noble could actually prove this 100%. Unless the players were dumb enough to be routered off the same modem, which I highly doubt, Noble can not use this as legitimate proof.

I'm not taking sides as there has been no proof presented either way.

But I don't like the trend recently whereby an operator accuses a player of something and they (the casinos / poker rooms) solicit an 'unbiased' authority to back up their claim without ever having to reveal the evidence to the community or even the players involved (e.g. Noble Poker, English Harbor, Belle Rock and other very recent incidences).

By the way, has Noble compensated the other players who participated in the tournaments?

Hi Soflat:

I asked the same question nearly a week ago and so far no answer whatsoever.

Have a good one.

Whatever do you have in mind Buck?

Have a good one.

Cipher,

Gentlemen's bet.

Even money, $200 bet, that says that the player is not paid $100k by July 31, 2006. (No point spread on this one, LOL)

If you desire to give better odds, probably some more takers.

Documetary evidence would be needed.

Hi Buck:

No offense Buck, but I think something of this nature might be more appropriately addressed through the use of a PM. As I don't think the Casinomeister would appreciate our establishing a betting line of sorts on his website, nor would I if it was my website.

Have a good one.

Cipher,

No offense taken, this is a "gaming site". You asked.

Cheers,

Update:

I find it rather laughable that NOBLE POKER would be refunding money to a cheat (see attached). Don't you? A formal DEMAND FOR PAYMENT IN FULL has been served upon Mssrs. SPENCER and De BEER. Should they fail to respond in a timely manner we will proceed appropriately, post haste.

on several other forums it has been pretty conclusively proved that this guy was cheating and there is no way noble will pay in these circumstances but if you want to waste your time cipher go ahead.

Your copy of an e-mail proves nothing and we do not even know to which of his many accounts it refers.

Hi ace4suited:

Oh I'm sure by now NOBLE POKER has identified all those purported to be multiple accounts and I'll guarantee there would not be as much as one thin dime going to anyone of those account holders from NOBLE POKER.

By the way have signed up for NOBLE POKER'S new tournament. The prize is a million dollars this time around. Yeah right.

Have a good one.

They're not really off the wall on this one. Paradise poker has ran many million $ tourneys as well as Partypoker running one every Sunday.

Not much off topic, but wasn't it Noble that was running the $10M freeroll not that long ago? The same freeroll that noted in the T&C that you had to hit a RF on the final table (in spades) to win it the full $10M..

Now that would be laughable. Watching NOBLE POKER scratch up $10,000,000.00. Unless (of course) if Noble Poker had some insurance company standing behind it for a substantial premium.

Have a good one.

As I recall, they did and it was $100,000,000 ($100 Million)!

If this in fact (which I do believe) had a requirement to hit a spades royal flush during the final table to recieve the full amt, I'm sure many companies would jump at the chance to 'insure' or underwrite the tourney. The statistical odds for hitting such a hand during that final table would be astronomical. Anyone want to take a shot at providing these numbers? :)

Noble Claim

B.J. (AKA Cipher),

Noble has refunded, none involved players that played on tables with IamaScam.
This is dead, and Noble has dropped this promotion after payout out mutiple times in the past.

Maybe IamaScam can try to figure out how to scam the $1million torunament on the site.

What happens now to Noble after this slander by Iamascam and others. It is a shame how some " Internet bullies" will try anything to collect, regardless of the facts. IMO Nobles reputation has been harmed by jerks just trying to scam them.

Heh how about that:

"Kingfile" has come out from under his RX alias "Quick Lerner." You know what Quick, if NOBLE wants to do anything ANYTHING AT ALL about their less than stellar reputation being sullied by me, Isaac or anyone else as a result of NOBLE POKER being out and out thieves they can take it to the courts just like anyone else. Now I'd totally encourage you to do your absolute level best to have them do that. Understand?

Have a good one.

Hi Cipher,

The other poster isn't me, he's just somebody who has trouble creating original material. From the looks of some of his other posts, he seems to have issues with you in general.

The webmaster here can probably check IPs in order to verify what I say.

With all the BetonSports and Grand Virtual news over the last couple of days I think we all have more important issues to think about rather than trying to resurrect this one.

Cipher,
Just because you shout out they are " out and out thieves" does not make it so. Simple facts are Iamascam cheated with others bigtime. In the end they got caught. No jackpot payout.Tough luck. When all is said and done, your molevolent nolfactors will end up repudiating your grand platitudes.

Having an intelligent conversation with someone who thinks that online blackjack is beatable when you observe "patterns" is somewhat akin to having an intelligent conversation with a 10x10 square of carpet.

I think I've made this offer to you once before bpb. But in the off chance that I havn't, anytime you even think you have more expertise than I have in the field of Blackjack, I'll be more than happy to make it well worth your while to prove it.

Now I realize that will probably consume all your bonus money for the next three years or so but don't let that hold you back if you really believe in what you're running your mouth off about.

Have a good one.

I see you've switched personalities again. Everything is fine, it's the weekend and I hear you've got visitors coming.

Have a good one.

Looks Cipher was pumping hot air on this.

Hi Buck:

It's so good to see that you and Kingfile (aka Quick Learner) have hooked up. Maybe between the two of you, you'll be able find a way to be of benefit to someone somewhere, or if nothing else to each other.

Truly a match made in heaven.

Have a good one.

Hello Isaac, if you really didnt cheat as you saying & I beleive ya then we will find way to force them pay you... or as I started my battle, we will close them once for all !!!

So, join me & we will find that way, I still may not promise you that money but I will do all to help you. Like you send me all matterial & history.. then I will see what we may/will do.

GL to you all, and understand pure fact: iPoker network is scum & they bought Noble only because they had good reputation, but now after they has new owner they are just same as their owner SCUMS!!

c7poker.
This one is dead. If you want to slander Noble, hook up with another "internet bully" and keep shouting out BS. You sound like a online FELCHER. By the way, an hour spent needling a"internet bully" is an hour well spent.
