I like some views on one place if anyone tried them.

I do have to say they are on top of things.When you ever need them they will get back to ya whthin a half an hour.They also have some cool slots.

Yep I can vouch for this one :)

Ive played several times, got paid very fast, get a monthly match and some freebies here and there....they even gave me a freebie just for sending in my ID docs!

The software runs fast and the games are different - well worth a try.

but someone just asked about a week ago on their thoughts of this casino. I personally do not like it because it comes off as a mom&pop shop casino plus I put in $25 and didnt get anything, not even a cherry! Too small of a place for me
 
I liked the casino when I played several times. No problems at all, no hiccups, and an overall good experience. Could've won more, though :)

I played here and liked it - I find that most Rival slot machines run really sllllooowwww after I've played for awhile (are you listening Pantasia?) but didn't get that problem with this one. Maybe they're just not as busy yet.

I tried yesterday & again today & it's exactly the same.
Even their web page wont fully load properly. As I type this I'm trying to download the installer; after 5 minutes it's downloaded 24.3KB and is running at a rate of 196 bytes/second!! :eek:
Actually, it seems to have stopped completely again, like yesterday.
At this speed the casino itself will take about 6-weeks to download! :eek2:

Anyone else having problems?

I can't speak for Sloto, but my understanding is the 3 week processing could be for ACH or cheque withdrawals. Best to check with customer support.

I've asked about this aswell, and my understanding is that this is a possibility.. and indeed this could apply for cheques or ACH.. From what I understood is that 3 weeks isn't the average here.. normally payouts are processed much quicker..

I haven't contacted anyone yet - and don't intend to.
I'm sure the problem is their end as I've never had such problems before and in fact, downloaded A.N.Other casino shortly after giving up on Sloto, without re-booting in between and with no problems.

What the hell is/are 'torrents' :confused:

torrents are the most wonderful way to share files and find exactly what you want. they are better than p2p's because those kind of networks like limewire/frostwire/bearshare/kazaa are inundated with garbage files both when you search and in terms of the actual files you choose to download. torrents are found via websites (torrentscan.com searches ~12 different search sites in one comprehensive place) and upon choosing to start a torrent, the torrent client (such as utorrent, bittorrent, etc) starts up and begins receiving pieces of the file from all over the network. the beauty is that you can get pieces even from people who have not received the entire file yet, thus two downloaders of the same file can and possibly will be sharing the pieces they already have with each other.

now forget i said any of this because filesharing is illegal and you will go to hell if you do it. :thumbsup:

Maybe they're quoting times for withdrawals to US players?

If this is the case, it would be in their best interest to add that note.

If not, 3 weeks for any payment, if you're not in the US, is...2.9 weeks too long.

Well, just tried again - and same thing.

I was trying to download it onto my laptop, which was probably not a good idea anyway as the graphics & memory hungry Rival software runs like shit on it.. :mad:

So I tried on the PC; Started better - even got an estimate of time left which I never saw on the laptop...
Not 6-weeks, but still DIABOLICALLY slow! (See below)

I often have nick-names for casinos - this one's already A Slot-O-Crap! :D

Why cant the casino prevent this by setting betting limit to 0$ on these non-slot games? I know Rival-software can change the betting limit on some games when you are playing on a with bonus.

I was not aware they had this on their website. I'll check with the manager and get it cleared up. You are correct that the game limits can prevent it, so that term is really not necessary.

Great! Would be a shame not to use the software to prevent players from making these mistakes.

I downloaded and tried to deposit 20$ for the 20$ slot bonus. I managed to claim the bonus, but when I deposited it was denied and I was bonus banned!
This is my fastest bonus ban ever from any casino! All Rival casino have shared banned player database?

But it was good the software warned me so I could cancel the deposit. Normally I just cant claim the bonuses at Rival.

Yes, according to the terms and conditions certain players can be placed in a database. Information is not shared between casino groups but the system can identify players who are in this database and automatically prevent them from receiving bonuses.

This is done transparently and upfront - an improvement over "You're on a negative database so we've voided your winnings" that some casinos like to use.

Players can of course contact the casino manager to have their account reviewed.
