I just tried a new casino with a free chip

but got absolutely nowhere with it. However I really like the mix of games that they have on there, so am considering depositing..

ummm I cant seem to find much information on it on Casinominister, has anyone heard of Chili Casino? And can they tell me what its like? Is it legit? Are the machines tight? Is verification a total drag. And how fast are payouts?

I'd heard of ChiliPoker before... based in Malta I believe... but had not heard much about their casino offering. Must be the same outfit if the logo is anything to go by. (edit : checked and it is)

One good suggestion (not just for this but ANY similar enquiry) is to follow Bryans advice and google the casino name with the word 'complaint' after it to see what pops up.

Lots and lots of complaints is usually a bad indicator, but remember to check them for legitimacy. In this case I tried it and a few complaints did pop up, but some had been resolved and others were dubious in nature.

Alarm bells would not be ringing for me, but I'll shut up now and let someone who'd played there advise you before you make your decision

This isnt a derail as I also played a new casino with a free chip - Loco Panda which is rtg. From the bonus structure it seems to be a sister casino to winpalace and slots jungle. No worries for me though as I lost the chip in a jiffy.

I think that Chili Casino is a part of Chili Poker because I asked chat if US players were allowed and was told that US couldn't play at ChiliPoker.

I haven't played as much since the switch in software, as many of the games (largely Wagerworks) are not available to me here in Canada, and I find the MG games play better on my MG casinos.

Payments were prompt enough, and I'm pretty sure it was only a change in software, not ownership.

Actually thats why I like it lol!The mix of games from wager works, and MG . All that's missing is some RTG games and Playtech slots and then it would be ideal. Well totally ideal if it played all my favorite games from these different software providers

I signed up recently but couldn´t play the MG-games although I had flash and Java installed correct. Contacted support about it and they said they had a problem that they were about to fix. Needless to say, tried it again the other day ( about a month after the last time) and the problem was still there. Wont return again

Thats weird! Its got Break da bank again and thunderstruck (2 of my all time favourite MG games and what I wasted my chip on and Hitman and Pure Platium and a few others I cant remember off hand.

It has Wolf run, which I really enjoy. I didnt realize it was 'wagerworks' which is interesting to know Cleopatra and a few games I also like which dont come under MG.

Have you tried it recently? Perhaps the problem they had then has been fixed now?

Thanks Tirilej. I was a little worried, I hear the Win Palace is seriously rogue However this is all just a possibility. At present I've already playing at too many casinos I should probably take a break
