I can't tell what type of link this is?

I'm confused specifically by "rel=null" and the class"url-link" and unsure if somehow java is making it nofollow or the null is a command that accomplishes something similar. Duckduckgo search was no help.

Is this link passing on juice or not?

bit late with a reply but the "class" is just going to be a css selector to apply some kind of styling to that portion of the code, rel null no idea
