Seeing as there is a thread for nearly every topic related to online slots I believe I may have discovered a missing or, possibly not wanted, discussion to show off screenshots relating to your abnormal or ridiculously large total amount of free spins awarded from a bonus being triggered.

I believe this probably won't be a thread that will get frequent posts, thanks to the fact slots are generally reluctant to cough up the bare minimum of free spins anyway.

I felt I needed to share my recent experience and as my screenshot doesn't really qualify for the existing screenshot threads thanks to not paying 1000x or even being worthy of posting it in the monthly screenshot wins thanks to it paying out less then 100x my bet amount unfortunately, but if admin know of a similar thread long forgotten and neglected that I wasn't able to find then please delete this one.

BTW it paid me a grand total of about $17 and $10 of that was thanks to the minor bonus being awarded so 95% of the free spins were dead on arrival unsurprisingly.

Speaking of insane numbers of free spins, I was playing Primal Megaways the other day and once the feature landed it just wouldn't stop retriggering - for a grand total of 90 free spins! Only a single one of those 90 paid, though, but at least it was for a 500x so I ended up being both pleased and disappointed at the same time!

To receive that many spins and not win a decent payout was more of a punishment then a reward and it's a little suspicious that out of 100 odd 'free' spins 90+ spins are dead but apparently that outcome is purely random and totally acceptable but if the opposite occurred with 90 winning spins out of 100 I think there would be instant shouts of 'a software malfunction so your winnings are void'
 
The most I ever had was on Novomatic's Lucky Lady Charm - 165 spins at £15 a spin. It paid just under 10k.

PS. Now they also "repaired", "fixed", or whatever you can call that game to make it throw you bonuses like 11x, etc :D

There was a series of slots i used to play at a land based casino years ago....when you hit a bonus you got a ton of free spins each time....the amounts won however weren't very big (20x to 40x). Stopped playing them after a while. I like bonuses and free spins but if it's going to result in low wins each time I'd rather spend that time on a different game with a quicker bonus.

That's RTG all over, horrible slots. I mean, 800 FS at 3x to hit 1143x, awful. Even Bonanza wouldn't do that. So at flat stakes, the RTP for the 800-spin bonus round was 142% approx. Taking into account the 3x multiplier, the round played out at just over 47% RTP. Shocking. :eek::eek:

It does seem like overkill to give that many freespins and not deliver a bigger win.
Not sure if i have ever played any Rtg slots, and now i dont think i could even if i wanted to because they dont appear on the Swedish market.

You've had a lucky escape - @KasinoKing loves them, I have played a few RTG casinos in the past, clonky, shonky games.

It's not actually an RTG game. It's from a site called Casinoval. They host their own games, much like 3Dice do.
I used to often play there, pre-UKGC. Very slow payers, often 10-14 days. But they did always pay.
They actually still send me a birthday bonus every year

P.S. The post you quoted was Kroffe's attempt to beat me by photoshopping my original posted screenshot :laugh::laugh:

I know - but I quoted the 800 spins (see my post) not the 803 he faked lol Yeah, a GMW slot but clearly based on a RTG interface.

I once got like 150 spins on a WMS game, I forgot the name though. It was live at a casino too... I was pretty mad honestly, hitting 5 scatters on that felt nigh-impossible, but I did that + retriggers. Except.. it paid like 20x.

I would've rather not had the bonus at all ngl.

I feel like the only games where the amount of FS will actually matter are ones with progressive multiplier. And even in those there is a high chance that they will just dead spin you off..

You can play some RTG casinos in virtually every country (even yours!). But of course, you do have to be careful to pick a reputable one.

@dunover I wouldn't say I exactly "love" RTG slots. Some are good, but a lot are also shite. I probably only play a handful on a regular basis.
On the subject of this thread - you can win a LOT of free-spins on some of their games. e.g. 100 on Rain Dance (which I've had myself) up to 190 on Cash Bandits 2 (which I wish that I had had!) and 100+ on probably a dozen other games.

I don't exactly know what my record number of free-spins was - but I think it was somewhere near the 190 range...?

I remember some Aruze reel-based slots in Vegas that could give 100+ free spins on the trigger spin. There was a dragon-themed one, and a Chinese-themed one as well. The spins would go for fuck all but it was entertaining and took ages to play them off. You had to land 3 or more bonus symbols on the line and they had different numbers of spins on, with larger numbers on the 4th and 5th reel if you managed to get a 4x or 5x trigger. I might have a video or pic of such a game somewhere - might try and dig it out at some point.

When I'm in Vegas I always go down to the casinos at 7am and play the slots with a cup of tea. I had a 5x trigger on one of the abovementioned games for 123 spins or something, and some guy came up and said he'd be back in the afternoon to see how I was getting on ?
 
The biggest number of free spins for me was on Lucky Lady's Charm about 11 years ago, back in the day when it was 97.10% RTP on Sky Vegas and my laptop ran on Windows XP. Bud when you get a feature or bonus it says you win 10 free spins . That's what the talk is about . Hitting the bonus over and over or hitting all 5 scatters . Noone is giving you freespins lol. They aren't really free .
