It has been done, but I can only recall seeing the 16 wilds on Gates once.
I think I saw it on bigwinboard or Backinamo and the total win was over 13,000x.

I also recall seeing a screenshot by someone who hit close to 20,000x on the High Voltage feature at Sky Vegas (saw the screenshot on Backinamo IIRC).
Then there is inter's hit which I saw when he first posted it a few years ago.
Also reasonably confident it was @slot_zombie who hit the base game dream - triple 6x wilds with a skull on each of the other three reels for a win of over 5500x. *

Wow the layout of skulls with a 66x multiplier is a sexy thing to see. I am ecstatic with my 12,093x. Does that make my hit still a top 5 on here for Danger High Voltage multiplier I wonder lol?

I know of 4 that have exceeded 13,000x. So you might be 5th at best lol.
But still, you have hit a win that is more than 80% of the advertised max win. 10,000x on Danger is top top tier. Even 5000x is very lofty territory.
Interestingly, I have seen a screenshot where someone hit over 10,500x on High Voltage and the win didn't even feature skulls. This was posted on Backinamo in July 2023.

Ze Zeus - 10000x ($6 Stake)
Not much after winning a 500x on Le bandit, I decided to hop onto Ze zeus considering they're the exact same slot with different graphics (Same RTP, win potential etc). I got in and my God... I knew the script was different when I kept getting those collectors and multipliers. The final screen with the 2 multis next to the pot collectors I knew it was huge... just didn't realise it was a MAX win. Absolutely incredible run i've had since May this year, feeling blessed.
I never thought i'd max win a medium volatility slot, but here I am.

It's silly that on Stake when you win, under the 'High rollers' tab (Any wins above $1000), it attaches the replay link for Hacksaw games, so some random user has copied and claimed for the Ze Zeus shirt. I've tried doing a manual claim under Hacksaw's info/shop emails, but i'm not feeling optimistic. There should be some further manual verification to prove you won, not solely from a replay link that hasn't been used before. Nevermind, i'll take the money!
Just wanted to say as well, this Ze Zeus bonus I got was a 3 Scatter (100x Stake value), so when the lightning arm feature is triggered, the highlighted boxes are gone. It's the 4/5 Scatter where the highlighted boxes stick for the entirety of the feature. I never thought a 3S would give a max win, so I never thought much of them prior to this win, unless I get the upgrade with the 4 scatters.
I know from years of playing how significant volatility is in slots, I never expected a 'medium variance' slot to give a max win. I do main Hacksaws now, but only play them for very small durations at a time. I had a 9700x on Slayers in May on $3, and the week after I gave back 3000x of my win... they're an extremely brutal provider.
Feeling very blessed with the wins i've had the last few months, but I want to make it clear of the 6 years playing, I am down. It's a 'hobby' of mine and play within affordable limits. One thing I will say, whether it's to do with more money flow, the overall higher RTP's, or the VIP bonus incentives on crypto casinos; i've been doing significantly better since I moved from UKGC Casinos. Just speculating!

My first ever max win! Played on AllBritishCasino .Still not sure what happened i just kept getting chests over and over i thought i broke it. And my god... i did this on a whim. It's all scripted when you look at it, I mean the final spin where the 7x on reel 5 just so happened to add to 19993x to make exactly 20,000x. The player simply picked the max win ball from the bag. All the graphics after the win are meaningless, 3 spins left with sticky multiplier on two reels. Had the game been pulling actual random results each spin with no cap, hell would freeze over before you got 2 sticky multipliers plus resets.

Better late than never eh?
21,371.6x bet, DESPITE retriggering via reels 2 and 5 first, THEN reels 4 and 3.
God only knows what this would have paid if I had retriggered the reels in the optimal order.
But it really doesn't matter. This feature is by far the best 12 minutes or so of my slotting life.
I've had bigger wins (two) in cash terms, but neither were as satisfying as this.
Hopefully I won't have to wait until July 21st 2038 to make my second post in this thread.

Nopes, it's R$ 1,00. Minimun wage, R$ 0,20. The total win was about U$ 2k (in U$). It payed 10.000X ante bet.
