Thought I’d try a new place last night as the licence and rep is superb.
Deposit fine, bonus fine no issues.
Just every single BTG game lagged like hell, spoiled the experience, tried my second deposit tonight and the same stuff.
Not blaming the casino, just the useless BTG servers.

Haven't been able to play any BTG slot for nearly a week now at VideoSlots, so clearly an issue across all the sites.

Can't find anything bad to say about HyperCasino, great team and wouldn't be surprised if L&L or one of their brands go on and win plenty of awards at the next CM awards.

Most sites seem to be like that and the BTG rep obviously could not give a damn as not once has he responded to the many threads about it.

Anyway nice to see you back i was beginning to think you had got banned again lol but realized your name hadn't turned red.
 
We need a huge group boycott to get this problem sorted

But like yourself and many members we play BTG slots.

Yet the rep has been on here every day just about. There are countless threads about the problems with the slots for weeks.

Yet not once can he just say sorry there is an issue we are looking into. Just a bit of common decency. But no not a word it is like a massive F U to the very people that help make his company successful.

But no doubt he will be posting again plenty when a new slot get's released.

In fact just checked back he made four posts about new slot and competition about the car. Not one word on the issues even tho he has been tagged on many a thread. Not one response to many questions. Some Rep he is basically just using the place to market nothing else.

Do not normally go on but with the problems with all his slots he should be answering some of the many complaints. @Casinomeister is that really the way a Rep should act.

Literally just saying “hi all, we are aware of the issue and trying to resolve” would be enough.
Now it’s just rude.
 
Yup, again usually appreciate the reps presence their, time and the little extras we at CM get, even if it is just extra attention!

However as you say, small, mid, and hi rollers are the company's bread and butter and the current attitude is one of simply not caring.

As you guys say, a simple statement acknowledging our frustrations would suffice (for now) whilst they actually do something about it!

I am only one player but have not spun a BTG slot in a week now, however AYK my limited budget/deposits saw them as my 'go to' slots when starting a new session., been forced to rethink and it is not working well, 'lived' on DoA for this weeks sessions and its getting boring, however I prefer boring spins to ultra LAGGY ones!

Most annoying!
 
i have been playing l&l casinos for a while now, best casinos for Canadians ever. e-transfer to deposit and withdraw. if i cash out during the week money is in my bank account the next day usually within 12 hours of process time. only knocks are no weekend cashouts and no 24/7 live chat.

Secondly, I spoke to chat and they weren't sure, but can a win over £50k be paid via bank transfer and not back to the original method (e.g. debit card) as Barclays have a transaction limit.

I hear they pay 90% to the player via BT and then the other 10% goes to this chap on CM who's got some daft soft of "lucky 7's" after his name.

This can be transferred via any method, including meeting in person and sharing the secret I've been searching for all these years...."How do I win?"

Hi, for UK customers there is the option to be paid non progressive wins in one go. Only by bank transfer as our card processor also has limits in place. So if you verify your bank account - we process the full amount in one go.
