Gamblergames (russian pokerroom with open face chinese poker) is licensed and regulated by the Netherlands Antilles Gambling Commission (so they say), but they don't indicate the license number.

I see that the Curacao license can be found on www.gaminglicences.com, but I can not find anything through google. Gaminglicences contains the name of the web site. I tried to find different casinos, but without success.

How to know the license number of Curacao? Support ignores the issue.

Have you tried contacting the Curacao Internet Gaming Association directly?

Their website is at:

Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

The "Member's List" on their site seems very empty, it can't be complete.

Try emailing them for clarification about the site, they might be interested if a site is claiming to be licensed when it's not...

No I haven't contacted them yet.

I've seen this message and still waiting for an answer from support.
Please contact the member company BEFORE bringing any complaint to the attention of CIGA, to allow them the opportunity to resolve the matter privately initially.
Should I ignore this request? I am sure that gamblergames uses untested game and I'm going to report it as. I try to follow Curacao rules. How long should I wait for a response from gamblergames?

I sent an email to info@gaminglicences.com at May, 17 and they are no-reply.

You can contact CIGA now, but their contact page says they won't deal with it anyway, they'll just forward it to their member and expect them to respond. I wouldn't have high expectations. But since you can't find a license number for the site, it will be interesting to see what CIGA tells you.

I sent email to info@curacao-egaming.com.

When I wrote an email I found the official name GamblerGames:

2.1. The website belongs to and is operated by the "Company"

This is causing suspicion. It looks like a fake.

I'll add part of my email about the untested games on GamblerGames:

GamblerGames offers players the untested game — open face chinese poker. This game was added in January 2013. GamblerGames is certified only 2 games: poker and backgammon in January, 2010 (

).

"TST's testing has shown that the GamblerGames RNG produces an acceptable source of random numbers for the following games: poker, backgammon."

This means that GamblerGames aren't tested RNG deck. They tested the specific game. Open face chinese poker could not be tested in 2010.
