Thank for the tip, will do!
I do have a couple of questions if you are happy to answer Suzanne.
1. The software provider is "Magneta" which is one I have not encountered before. Is it new? Proprietary?
2. The following bonus terms could be a potential source of problems for players:
17.2 Bonus Abuser
A bonus abuser is a user who doesn’t act in accordance with the conditions of the bonus or someone who uses falsified identities in order to open multiple accounts on our site.
Casino reserves the right to label a user as a Bonus Abuser and close user's account without any further notification in the following cases:
If a user uses only bonus coupons to play on his/her account.
If the user plays with more than one bonus per day
If the bonus coupon amount is above the total amount deposited by the user on the site.
If a user opens more than one account in order to benefit from our promotional bonus codes.
I don't know of any casino I've played at that restricts players to one bonus per day. The fact that you offer a free $25 on
every deposit using the coupon on the site really sends a totally conflicting message. On the one hand you say "use this coupon for every deposit whenever you want", but then state in the General (
not promotional) Terms that using more than one bonus per day is grounds for having your account closed. It's a recipe for disaster.
It also doesn't make sense to offer a free $25 on every deposit and then classify a player who takes the offer a "bonus abuser". Again, a recipe for disaster.
I don't understand why you would close someone's account when their bonuses exceed their deposits. Stop access to bonuses....sure....but calling them a "bonus abuser" is over the top.
I'm going to check out your games tonight and see what is what. I won't deposit, however, until we hear a bit more about your operation and software and the above concerns are adequately addressed. The Casinomeister Forum is not a promo-fest site for bonus hunters....most of us are very savvy and we know what's good and what's not. Good operators will always get good PR here, just as the dodgy ones get bad PR.
Looking forward to hearing some more about the casino.
A user can use a promotional code only if his/her last transaction with our services is a deposit. If an End User begins to withdraw cash from his/her account, Casino reserves the right to block the End User from receiving promotions or bonuses.
Just thought I would mention the above as well. It is buried in the General Terms, but can also be a complaint waiting to happen. Most casinos do not have this rule these days, as it is too problematic and, in fact, will cost the casino money in the long term because a lot of players will just take their money following a withdrawal and run to somewhere that will give them a bonus whenever they want one, and your casino will never see that money again. You're better off reducing the bonus offering or increasing WR etc,
