Hi Suzanne.

Welcome to the forum.

You should contact Bryan via PM to be added to the casino representative list so players can contact you with questions etc.

Enjoy your stay!

Thank for the tip, will do! :D

I do have a couple of questions if you are happy to answer Suzanne.

1. The software provider is "Magneta" which is one I have not encountered before. Is it new? Proprietary?

2. The following bonus terms could be a potential source of problems for players:

17.2 Bonus Abuser
A bonus abuser is a user who doesn’t act in accordance with the conditions of the bonus or someone who uses falsified identities in order to open multiple accounts on our site.
Casino reserves the right to label a user as a Bonus Abuser and close user's account without any further notification in the following cases:
If a user uses only bonus coupons to play on his/her account.
If the user plays with more than one bonus per day
If the bonus coupon amount is above the total amount deposited by the user on the site.
If a user opens more than one account in order to benefit from our promotional bonus codes.

I don't know of any casino I've played at that restricts players to one bonus per day. The fact that you offer a free $25 on every deposit using the coupon on the site really sends a totally conflicting message. On the one hand you say "use this coupon for every deposit whenever you want", but then state in the General (not promotional) Terms that using more than one bonus per day is grounds for having your account closed. It's a recipe for disaster.

It also doesn't make sense to offer a free $25 on every deposit and then classify a player who takes the offer a "bonus abuser". Again, a recipe for disaster.

I don't understand why you would close someone's account when their bonuses exceed their deposits. Stop access to bonuses....sure....but calling them a "bonus abuser" is over the top.

I'm going to check out your games tonight and see what is what. I won't deposit, however, until we hear a bit more about your operation and software and the above concerns are adequately addressed. The Casinomeister Forum is not a promo-fest site for bonus hunters....most of us are very savvy and we know what's good and what's not. Good operators will always get good PR here, just as the dodgy ones get bad PR.

Looking forward to hearing some more about the casino.

A user can use a promotional code only if his/her last transaction with our services is a deposit. If an End User begins to withdraw cash from his/her account, Casino reserves the right to block the End User from receiving promotions or bonuses.

Just thought I would mention the above as well. It is buried in the General Terms, but can also be a complaint waiting to happen. Most casinos do not have this rule these days, as it is too problematic and, in fact, will cost the casino money in the long term because a lot of players will just take their money following a withdrawal and run to somewhere that will give them a bonus whenever they want one, and your casino will never see that money again. You're better off reducing the bonus offering or increasing WR etc,

Always happy to answer questions, that's what I do afterall!

1) We do use magneta, correct but in all honesty it was a new system to me, I know nothing about it, sorry!
However the side you may know more about is 36Gaming. They are our whitelabel.

2) The Bonus Terms and Condition the majority were set up before I started working here, we are in the process of altering the promotions as I spoke up about such things as you have pointed out here!
We have started specific bonus' for certain affiliates with less bonus and higher WR as to my previous experience this works better.
For the 25 free on every deposit, in my history I've come across very few players that deposit more than once per day, so in a way it is a null rule excluding the rare few that do!

I am currently reviewing the site in it's entirety myself and suggesting changes so I thank you for your valid input and the time you've taken to inform me of it!

I would like to add, whilst being giving the chance to speak that I am quite new to this side of marketing and such like. I am very much enjoying and adapting though!

Again, thankyou for your time Nifty :)

** WARNING!! DANGER WILL ROBINSON!! WARNING!! **

Lushcasino is a White Label of 36Gaming AKA IBUTLER CASINO

Live chat are elusive about the actual connection, but at the very least it is the same software provider that was caught plagiarizing other software e.g. Rival.

Personally, I would be wary of playing at any casino related to iButler Casino until Bryan informs us otherwise.

Nothing personal Suzanne, but iButler has a very bad reputation around here.

I was waiting for this topic Nifty, Yes we are with 36 Gaming but I can assure you there is no relation between iButler and ourselves here at Lush, completely different team, different goals, different methods of working.
I myself have spoken about the issues with iButler and been told varying stories.
For the record, the reason iButler was originally blacklisted (RivalGames) I have no idea about I was not here but LushCasino never had those games or anything relative to iButler, and no I am not defending them as they make us look bad and I find it highly annoying !

That was strange:confused: If your are the casino Rep in another forum I know you wrote there that Ibutler and Lush casino was one and the same. Just two different skins.
The other forum is LCB. I'll see if I can find it.

Well when you register the url (it is very long) has the words "whitelabel" in it.....so let's hope Suzanne is being straight up here.

ahhh how interesting, just did a quick google search for lush and LCB which took 30 seconds to find this and on the forums "This offer is only available to players who have never had an account with iButler Casino and are registering for the first time". Seems you cannot play the NDB at both of them so they must have some sort of connection.

BTW I do see that iButler pulled the rip off Rival games.

This is what you said in the other forum. I don't really understand so please explain.

"Hi Guys just a quick explanation for you, as iButler and LushCasino both have the same WhiteLabel you can not have an account on either site. It's a case of one or the other, this is done so that other Whitelabels cannot steal registered users."

Well that's good enough for me.

The rep is saying one thing at one forum and another over here. I think anyone reading Suzanne's reply to my question on the subject would be left in no doubt that she was denying any connection at all to iButler....and there is obviously a very close one if you can't have an account at both. The "we just use the same software" line is now blown out of the water...imagine only being able to register an account at ONE Microgaming casino??? It's ridiculous, and it looks to me like another attempt by iButler Casino to sneak in the back door at Casinomeister after being banned and rogued.

Wait'n for a payout!
I wonder what it's like for reps coming here for the first time and having no idea what kind of expertise the players have here concerning the online casino industry.

Great work everyone. I am glad to see you guys looking out for the interest of gamblers. Without this forum and their helpers, I would be lost and most likely ripped off along the way.

Big thanks.

Okay Guys and Gals here goes,
My answer to the question on lCB, Yes that was me! Was what I was told when I asked my superiors the same question, I've not worked in online casinos before so I believed it. After reading your posts it's pretty darn obvious most or any whitelabels don't do that so I apologise¬!

I am being straight up with everything I have said, based on what I've been told!
I give.. I really do, whatever is going on with iButler, I know nothing about atall now I wish I did because I look like an idiot and I'm really not.. :/
From here on in I'm gonna make someone else answer in regards to that because clearly I don't have all the info

I'm almost beginnig to feel sorry for you ...on a personal level.
It seems like you're being used in someones attempt to make things look a lot better than they are, and someone is not being totally honest.
Unfortunately for those people, players here very rarely let themselves get caught by bs.

Lush Casino is still showing 'Rich Horrific' as one of their games, which I am assuming is the rip-off of 'Scary Rich' as discussed in the IButler thread.
You're right!
On their website they also still list Hidden Garden = Rival's Secret Garden.
And Fortune Teller = Rival's Future Fortunes.

Looks like another casino with a fast-track pass to the Rogue List!

Maybe not a big deal, but for me the alarm bells are ringing

I have highlighted that they say you can adjust the payout level

I love CM!!

Always find it amusing when someone comes here to promote their 'new' casino and not realising that CM isn't your run of the mill forum. It's full of knowledgeable players and Affs and mostly very well informed members! :D

Good Work All!

Cheers
Gremmy
