How does adr like Ibas and ecogra get paid?

How do they get paid. I know a casino has to pay but if they are not paying winnings why would they pay adr. I know it license conditions. Do they have to pay before lnvestigation.

Does ibas send them a bill? Does it come out of the customer funds which are held separate. How does Ibas make sure he gets paid??.

yes we receive an invoice for processing complaints, that's how they get paid.

Do you have to pay the mediator? Does that mean casinos shop around for best/favourable rates?
