Hi,

I would like to know how the checks are working these days. I know it never seems to be the same from week to week. Since I had to get a new bank card, I have decided to do deposits via pasteandpay but questioning if things are going well with checks.

I will miss the paymycard option.

Anyone getting checks they days, please post your current results.

Thank you,

weesie

Got one a week ago, quick and easy. No problems with the bank at all. The check was from American bank
The win came form Lucky Red. Hope it helps

Thank you so much for your reply!

Anyone else??

Unfortunately, in order to get a check I'd have to be able to request a cash out and lately that place has sucked me dry. I've never run through money so fast even doing .20 bets. It's crazy ridiculous!
Sometimes gambling just sucks.

But guess what? I'll try again later! :D

Yes the last two months the slots have been bleeding a lot of people. So i took a break...until i see more randomness and less all to the casino just cooling my heels.

Ya pretty muich. I heard a pretty bad rumor at one of the conventions for online slot gambling i was at which i havent been able to verify online yet but the theory is sound And it also applies to the regular casino's in the US. IF the casino's have permission from whatever gaming commission governs them they can "tighten" the slots. Basically meaning, fewer or lower payouts. Would it surprise me if this were true? NOPE.. Because i know for a fact they do it in Palm Springs

Well, ever since those little "extra charges" appeared on peoples bank accounts, I have been cautious but still playing at CWC group.

Using pasteandpay for deposits so I have to use the "check" option for withdrawals because I am hesitant to put my card info out there again.

Anyway, I have a small withdrawal coming from Lucky Red Casino as of a few minutes ago.

So................. lets see how well it works these days!

Lol MisterBJ, I do get that a lot. Well, from people our/my age anyway. I don't mind. It is a nickname I have had for years and besides, it is way better than "Louise" which is my first name and I hate it.

Back to the topic:

So, I cashed out Saturday night from Lucky Red Casino. I immediately received a confirmation e-mail from them about my withdrawal request.

Being a weekend, I knew it would not be processed until Monday or Tuesday.

First thing this morning, Tuesday, I received an e-mail saying my withdrawal has been processed via check.

Now I know, that it is Tuesday, and I know It sucks that they don't process on weekends, so, it has already been almost 3 days before being sent.

BUT, and it is a big BUT, as far as I am concerned. This casino is under the ClubWorld Group umbrella.

I NEVER get informative e-mails from ClubWorld Casino when I have a cash out. I always have to check the cashier in the casino. Possibly contact "live chat" with questions of what is the hold up.

Why such a big difference in customer service quality WITHIN the same company??

ClubWorld could take a lesson from their sister site.

Paymycard

My paymycard withdrawal request was made on saturday and processed this monday. Their chat says it can take up to 7 days for a paymycard withdrawal to reach the bank. Is this what you have all experienced with CWC recently? I typically did courier cheque in the past with this group.

I use to do the "paymycard" option, but a few months ago, quite a few people were getting small debits to their card accounts ($3-$4) and it appeared to come from CWC processors. I cancelled that card and got a new one. So, I am hesitant to use it there again. But, oh how I miss the way that option worked! I have been debating with myself whether to register the new card......... haven't decided.

So, a check will do for now.

The time delay is a bit frustrating, but, I am impressed with Lucky Reds' e-mail notifications. An info update e-mail at every step of the withdrawal process leaves me with no reason to contact support with questions. I appreciate that!

Huh? Do you mind clarifying this with lots more details? I play in the desert quite a bit. Thanks!

I agree that it's a nice thing, but despite being under the same umbrella, each casino operates under a different manager, and group of managers, and they have other differences. There's some bonus overlap, but they each have some unique bonuses and other habits.

That said, auto emails on payment statuses should be a fact of life everywhere!

I would take that comment with a grain of salt really. It was more of a Tin Foil hat comment IMO. Really slots especially here in the states with all of the regulations in place. Just can't be randomly adjusted for RTP without going thru several steps just to get the security tape removed from the RNG.
Yeah sure at times slots seem to pay out better than others. It's all about being at the right place, at the right time. Really, nothing more than that. Yeah I've gone streaks in land based casinos where I've gone weeks without seeing a real positive cash out. Then magically in the matter of a 2 week period, all is forgiven and somewhat umm forgotten. Mainly because I have a few nice runs.
Everything about slots comes in runs, at times it seems like no matter how many times you rub that luck charm of yours. You just can't press the button at the right exact nano second and get the machine to do anything you want. Then other times, no matter if you haven't rubbed your lucky charm or not, you can't get away from the wonderful win noise.
Really honestly, if you can't deal with random luck, then probably as for the poster of that comment. Maybe slots aren't for them, and they need to find a better hobby than gamble on slots. Just a few thoughts is all.
