Hi Gang,

been keeping my eye on the progressive at JP and hoping (as we all do) for a shot...

well, it wasn't me, but someone hit it...and on a remarkable 40p bet. Enjoy the vid:

£43,668 MEGA JACKPOT PROGRESSIVE HAS BEEN WON! (145562 X STAKE)

If I was a high roller at JPP I would be KICKING myself right now. Crazy win. Congrats to Twins21, whoever you are!

Wow nice one. Too bad I dont recognize any of the cool slots anymore b/c I am in the US. One question, was the player recording gameplay or able to replay the win? If I recorded my slot play i would need a server room to hold all of the data. I know 3Dice has the option to replay free spins if you interrupt them.

I think JPP themselves record it - they then post it on youtube along with other big hits. Smart marketing.

So it looks like pretty much they took the jackpot party progressive that was available in casinos, and turned it into a marketable online slot venture. Where versus only having a few select themes for this setup. It looks like it's integrated into all of the machines. Which is cool, because don't get me wrong, theme specific machines for these progressive like machines. Like there originally was a splash cash one, aztec was on there, and a few others. Then like for other progressives they dabbled into there was Life of Luxory and now Star Trek is being dabbled into. So now you can play your favorite machine and have a shot at the progressive.
If I were eligible to play. The only thing I would like to play outside of the progressive win arena. Is a variation of the Jackpot Party themed slots, because man when I am in a casino. Down on my luck and nothing else is working. Jackpot Party slots seem to pay out pretty well for me. Whether it's Jackpot Party, Super Jackpot Party, Village People Party, or the new Jackpot Block Party. Cool to see a screen shot going out. Considering I never could get a chance to see one of these go out in a real casino.

Reaction of some players to Jackpot win not good.

Hi all,

I was actually online at Jackpot Party when the progressive was won.

The winner (Twins21) was playing another game (Venetian Romance I think) when that game was interrupted by the Super Jackpot Party game. And the rest is history. A £43k win for a 40p stake. Wow!

However, what was very disturbing was the reaction of the other players online at the time. Some of the comments on the Community thread were very vitriolic, especially as Twins21 appears to be a new player.

The randomness of the jackpot process itself was questioned, as the hit went to a newbie, and not to a regular depositor, and there were even one or two players questioning the integrity of the Casino itself.

From what I could gauge, there was genuine fury at the fact that some of the players had been depositing for weeks, and they felt they were more 'entitled' to win the jackpot than some newbie with about 2 seconds of playing time under their belt. And some of these players have stated they are through with Jackpot Party Casino.

The Casino Host (Ed) did try to explain about the jackpot being random, but tempers were so high in a few cases, he was getting nowhere.

As I said, a very very disturbing reaction.

Get used to that if your going to play there.

The same users moan and moan over and over again, they are on there everynight complaining that they cant heat there house or buy food becuase the slots aren't paying out.

I'm sorry, but only gamble what you can afford to lose.

I do find JPP boring though, deposits go to quick, not much action for the cash, I only deposit small amounts now and again because the slots are unique.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice. I have only been playing there for about two weeks, and yes, it was the same players moaning about the jackpot win. Over and over again

Also, perhaps someone could set me straight regarding the game payouts. On some of the games I was playing, even hitting 5OAK usually only paid betsize x 4 on average. A £2.25 stake and a £8.80 payout just doesn't cut it, I'm afraid.

In fact, reasonable payouts only seem to come with (very hard to get) freespins/bonuses, and even then, are usually very disappointing.

Yes, I play for amusement, but I also like to think when I hit, the payout will be reasonable, which doesn't seem to be the case at JP. So my time there is going to be very short-lived, me thinks.

We were obviously pleased that our Jackpot Party Progressive paid out and also we like to celebrate all our winners, take a look,

I felt exactly the same when I joined, £100 was gone in a matter of minutes, even with hitting a bonus, to top it off, I wasn't betting high either, my highest bet was £1.50, needless to say I closed my account there after this, you want value for your money with more play time.
I have deposited less at other online casinos and have had hours of playtime without significant wins, JPP just didn't cut it for me.

A nun`s sex toy :eek2:.

What on earth is a Holy Banana???
A banana with holes in it, obviously - D'oh! :p

I'm sorry, but spending just 100 quid with bets up to £1.50 is a tiny amount in slots terms. What, do you expect to always get a decent win with such a small number of spins?
And why close your account?? I just don't get it.

Thought I'd wake this thread up again!

Hope you've all had a great weekend?

We at Jackpot Party have had an amazing one...with not one, but two Mega Jackpot Party Progressive winners! It may have taken months for a player to find all 4 stars and win that enormous £43k jackpot progressive prize, but in the space of a week, star picking was a piece of cake for two of our players!
For those of you who'd like to rejoice in their winning moments, we've recorded them for all to share and join in on the celebration!

Responses like that make you feel embarrassed to be part of the human race, don`t they just?. I noticed other comments relating to players gambling away their utilities cash etc as well, we should send Nifty over there to beat these people back on to the road of responsibilities ;).

In the history of gambing do you honestly think anyone has done that? Okay, yes I guess some do but many others dont, and casinos and bookmakers feed on that.

Most people are trying to "win big" do, of course, sense of reason goes out the window.

I stopped gambling a while ago as I realised it is virtually impossible to beat a system set up to make the provider profit.

Whenever I see or hear people talk about a big win, especially online, I'm always sceptical and sometimes even think they are "marketing stories" to encourage people to believe they could do similar.

Yes I guess I am cynical, but it's hard not to be when discussing the most cynical and dishonest industry on the planet.

Wow ... good thing you finally discovered the deep secret...oh wait ... the games were designed to give the casinos a profit ?
Bastards.
On a more serious note....comments like the above clearly show, that some people should NEVER gamble.

Wow! The internet seriously went downhill when computers got cheap and the dullard masses started logging on.

Your comment clearly shows some people should NEVER be allowed a computer!

Go on, run along and report my post, while you steal another quote from someone important from Wikipedia. Your current one sums you up perfectly.

PS. I was advised this place was "helpful". How wrong that advice was.

When I first saw, that your location was "planet Jen", I actually thought you were joking. I now see you weren't
