Monday is a bank holiday in the US, so there is no doubt Club World Casinos will still observe this no matter where you live. Any withdraws you place today won't be processed for at least 6 days from now. Cashiers don't work weekends or any other holiday on planet earth. The good news is that in celebration of memorial day, all withdraw requests will be fully reversible during this holiday period!

Good times.

On a seperate note regarding club world I have to say their bonus and promotion offerings have been getting a lot better lately with some actual thought put in behind them. Makes a nice change to their usual 65-80 % bonuses and mystery coupons that aernt really much of a mystery  Keep it up Club World :)

I noticed the same too and I would say its a step in the right direction. Seems they are getting pressure from Slotocash which has a variety of bonuses. Ironically, Sloto/DN is starting to clamp down on regular bonus takers.

Thanks for the memories....

Yes, the promotions have been getting better, but the playtime stays the same. I was stupid and made a number deposits in the past few days, but have just gotten done un-installing them once again. Not even close to making to playthrough, no matter what bet size, what game i played, it was next to impossible to get a full pay line or feature.

I'm sure it is all down to luck, but with this group I have not had any in a long time. It just gets old, and tiresome. So thanks for the memories CLC's, it is time to make you a thing of my past. A fond farewell to this group, because at one time I did hold them with the highest regard, the OP's photos states it perfectly. That is what I would look like before my next cashout.:D

I've moved the majority of my play over to Slotocash and haven't looked back. I got some silly emails from "Lauren" tempting me back with a 50.00 chip and felt like a fool going back knowing what a nightmare it is to get paid from that place.

Ive never found it a nightmare getting paid from the Clubworld group but I do find their slot payouts to be horrendous. I deposited yesterday and with bonus started with 125. Betting no more than 0.40 and 0.60 it didnt even make half an hour at Club World. Think I had one free spin round. Ridiculous and they wonder why people are starting to deposit less and less with them.

That's ridiculous - you ought to know that the casino has nothing to do with how many free spins you're getting. And to claim that people are depositing less is based on what exactly?

And to beat up a casino by making an assumption that they are closing down payments because of a bank holiday is a bit over the top. It's the bank that is closed, not the casino.

Why don't you warn everyone about the banks being closed every Sunday?

Has anyone been in contact with their customer support to confirm that payments will be delayed because of a holiday? That would be useful information to know. To initiate a slamfest with funny photos is not really helpful.

Well we cant really blame them. I guess John and his dog (the two working in the financial dept. processing withdrawals) wanted a few days off so they can go on a fishing trip. But hey, if any of you guys clicked the withdrawal button by accident you can always reverse it. So nice of them.

I have played with club world for six years, and i really like them. however whenever there is a bank holiday in the usa or the uk, it seems as if your withdrawal is stuck in the "pending phase" and/or the cashier office is closed.

i understand money not moving to a financial institution, but out of my cashier, paid to an e-wallet, that i could/do not understand.

Exactly. Even assuming they need manual approvals for payments to e-wallets the w/ds should not be reversible. They should take a clue from slotocash where the w/d is immediately unavailable for reversing ie flushed. Even if not, why reversible for 6 days prompting a reversal. Actually, IMO any cashout at amounts less than $1k to e-wallets should be automatic.

This is about the CWC processing side, not our personal bank accounts receiving funds.

The cashier will not be processing withdrawals on Monday, and the combination of the weekend and the widely known longer processing times is the reason why I created this thread. If you submitted a withdrawl request yesterday, it will not be pulled out of "reversible" status until after the weekend and the Monday holiday at the earliest. That is a minimum of six days of your money doing nothing but sitting in a reversible queue. If history repeats itself (and it will..), Tuesday people will start complaining about various CWC casinos not paying. Support will state they have a backlog of a huge number of withdrawls to process and to be patient.

Seems like a reasonable subject to start a thread over and I'm of the opinion that was useful information. My effort to add humor to it is for no reason other than the enjoyment of the forum members.

Due to the Queen's Jubilee, the delays will be postponed till next week.

The usual end of May bank holiday has been moved, and there is now a double bank holiday on 4th and 5th June. Banks will be closed, and the CWC cashiers office will also not reopen till Wednesday 6th June. Including the weekend, this means 4 non-processing days.

THIS week should see normal processing, with the cashiers office only closed over the weekend.

Memorial day is not a UK holiday, so as CWC offices are in the UK, it will not hold up processing.

Although banks are closed, eWallets are not, so delays in payment to eWallets ARE due to the CWC cashiers office being closed at weekends and bank holidays.

Many casinos do not process at weekends, and will also not process when there is a bank holiday in the country that hosts their cashiers department.

Club World Cashout?

I've heard good and bad about Club World cash outs. I haven't played there very long and I just requested a $1500 cash out. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for the best!

Why smash CWG? Still one of the most consistently solid options open to us in the US. They are not impacted by the US Banking Holidays just the ones in the UK, is my understanding.

I see no beneficial or useful information for the CM group in your post? VWM on the other hand did give us a heads up about UK holidays that was informative and helpful. Since we would not have otherwise realized (or I wouldn't have) that the Queen's 75th Jubilee would result in a 2 holiday banking shut down.

That was useful.

I hate to tell you Lori, but your experience will be the same wherever you go at some point or another.

Nothing wrong with deciding to try somewhere else, but saying you hold them in less regard just because you haven't been winning is unreasonable IMO. If that is your criteria for judging a casino, you need to be prepared for a whole world of disappointment.

As I said, there's nothing bad about saying you're leaving, but taking parting shots based on something like "I'm not winning" is just unreasonable and pointless.....much like the funny picture from the OP (which was funny), but actually meant to slag off the casino (again).

I always respect your opinion Lori. I just think you're being unreasonable here.

I agree with you Nifty, it won't matter where you play if your luck is dry, I used to be a regular at my local land casino, I have seen very dry spells there too, I believe online slots are no different, heck even land poker machines can be tight assed, giving no wins hand after hand (and they are meant to have high rtp:rolleyes:)

Any true gambler knows, when luck is in you will have good/damn excellent runs ( you just have that 'lucky/feel good feeling')
But when your luck is out it won't matter where you play, you just couldn't hit a fly that is glued to the wall:p

Anyone have any withdrawals processed today at a CWC casino? My request made on the 24th remains unprocessed and fully reversible. If today isn't a holiday for them, then it's taken 3 business days and a full weekend so far for my withdrawal to even begin processing.

and what did they say when you asked CWG staff about why your w/d was still pending?

Only if you made your w/d request on the 24th very early am for us, would it be waiting for them when they arrived for start of their business day on the 24th. So you probably are only on 2 business days as of today.

Withdrawal request was made at 13:30 GMT last Thursday. Support said they were exceptionally busy and backed up.

Par for the course.

I agree, when you're hot you're hot. I walked into a boat casino last year, put my 1st $20 bill in the Video Poker and got dealt a Royal Flush. No Lie. After much excitement and "being flush $4000" I walked over to the 4-hand Video Poker machine, again NO LIE, my 1st $20 I got dealt 4 Aces, for $1600.

Hot, then NOT. I went home broke the next day but WOW did I have FUN! And I certainly can't blame the casino for robbing me blind!

I am a relatively new user to Club World. Just finished the verification process, took a couple days and a little back and forth plus 2 phone calls but the support was friendly and spoke good English (HUGE plus). I requested my first withdrawal at 9AM yesterday morning (ACH for $850) assuming the bank acct details I provided on the verification form are on file and it will go smooth. Will update here when my WD is approved and hits my bank acct.
