Trust only what you find in the help file or game rules.
I've seen some casino's try marketing gimmicks like site wide "98% RTP" counting table games, or advertising what the current short term RTP is ("hot" slots sections).
So don't be fooled.
As for Aus I wouldn't really know. You'd have to venture into the offshore wild west like us Kiwis currently do (subject to change)

Depends on what it is. I'm concerned most reputable brands will pull out of the NZ market entirely, and I have zero interest in crypto casinos due to the tax implications involved when withdrawing funds from wallet.
I haven't gambled in 6 months though, and may not again for the foreseeable future as cost of living is getting out of hand.
I like Agent Jane Blonde Returns on some sites as 300x max win and 96.45% RTP, Starburst TAP-A-ROO 411x max win and 97.14% RTP. Both spin quickly for high volume wagering and the low max win means you are more likely to get closer to RTP.
Most casinos won't allow such titles for wagering but some do.
As for the talk of NZ changes yes thats going to be a nightmare when it happens, ie going from 96.5% RTP to likely 94.5% etc to protect a sites margins(given the gov wants a revenue share if they operate in our local market). Sadly both major parties want such a change to happen so it's only a matter of time and punters will lose more money than ever before so the Gov can make a quick buck.

As per the question I like wildz/spinz alot as the cashouts are generally within hours(for skrill) and they have 10-20% weekly cashback depending on VIP level. Pokerstars casino is great because low value cashouts(a few hundred) and almost immediate if you have done KYC before. Leovegas is good but bugger all deposit offers worth putting your cash in for compared to other casinos, a few years ago they would chase your business with good daily deposit offers etc but not today.
