I'm not sure why the frustration... but you are in "Introduce yourself". And that's quite the introduction., do you want to clarify your frustration, maybe? After all, that's what we are here for.

Newbies may still PAB - but as of now only fully registered members with enough rep points and/or posts and at least 30 days since registration are allowed to post in the complaints section.

No, you need to understand that this forum is a community, and its long-time members don't appreciate the fact that many newbie posters feel that posting rules don't pertain to them.

You see, I don't jail people... I send them on a no-expenses paid vacation!

People are going to have to learn that CM is not one of those places where you come crying for help and then fade into the woodwork later. It occurs to me that members who come here regularly and participate deserve to have more privileges than many of these one-time wonders, so frankly I think CM has done exactly what he should have done a long time ago.
