New to the forums, so a short intro, I usually played at microgaming and playtech casinos... so i know the whole deal and process regarding withdrawls, however i recently tried an new software.. and is one is on the accredited list by the casinomeister, Ive never heard anything nagitave about this group nor its casinos, I am not even sure if i have a problem exectly, This is what happened, I made a withdrawl for 160.15 and requested it to be sent to my moneybookers account, fair enough 24 hours later I view my transaction logs and discover, the casino had paid out 50.24$ not my 160.15 i requested, Ive sent numerous emails but no reponse, and casino at least I cant find it, but i am sure there is no live chat person, email only.. no telephone numbers either. I wont mention a casino name, because i am unsure of what exectly is going on.. however i am not getting any answers from the operators, and this is all I can find in the Faq's

I discovered this on the player help faq's.. can someone tell me what exectly does this mean? ive never seen this type of process on any casino yet.. so this is all unknowned to me, is this common outside microgaming/playtech casinos?

Amount deposited : 105$ Withdraw amount 160.15 Casino pays out 50.24 ? Is it due to this forumula below here? and if so is the rest of my money gone? Payment method was Credit card,

Why didn't I receive the same amount as the amount I cashed out?
Please note that we do NOT charge each purchase you make and we do NOT credit each cash-out you make. Your final daily transaction is determined by calculating your Daily Total.

The Daily Total is calculated by the following formula:

Total Purchased vs. Total Cashed Out = Daily Total.

If your purchases amount to more than your cash-outs, then your Daily Total is what will be charged to you.

Example:
$50 (total purchased) vs. $34 (total cashed out) = $16 in charges (Daily Total)

If your purchases amount to less than your cash-outs, then your Daily Total will be positive and you will be sent the difference by cheque or E-wallet credit.

Example:
$50 (total purchased) vs. $78 (total cashed out) = $28 in winnings (Daily Total)

Please note it may take 3-10 business days for your bank to post debits from your credit card account.

In order to see a complete statement or record of your transactions, please log in to your casino account and click on CASHIER. Under Additional Options, please select TRANSACTION HISTORY in the drop down menu and then click Go. You will be able to choose the date range for the transactions you wish to display.

Entries in GREEN or RED are requests by you to move money into or out of your casino account (deposits, cash-outs). Entries in BLUE are adjustments made by Casino Management (like awarding bonuses). Entries in PURPLE are the banking transactions (such as credit card credits, debits and winning cheques sent to you) which are the net result of all your deposits minus all your withdrawals for the processing period.

thanks for the read,

Rick

Did you deposit via credit card? If you did then i think the casino will not charge your credit card and they sent the rest on your moneybookers account.

I hope so , however the transaction history shows the funds were taken, also the funds are missing off my credit card, and lastly they said once the payment has been processed they cant refund it on the credit card,

So i am totally lost, I am keeping my eye on emails or updates, now due to this i have 50$ and i;ll have to pay 25$ in bank wire fee's and moneybookers small fees, assuming the rest well be somehow paid back to the credit card, i totally wasnt expecting it to be paid back to my card partial or at all, so the whole 50$ to moneybookers was quite a waste.

it sounds like they paid your total deposits back to the method you used to deposit, then sent the rest to moneybookers,

this happens alot to me also, and gets quite annoying, especially when they send it by bank transfer or credit card as it can take 3-5 business days to get it

That's a logical answer, but I'm not seeing it? I see the OP deposited $105 and the casino paid out $50.24......

deposited $105, won $160 withdrew $160 , $50 was sent to moneybookers
and the rest sent to the credit card where it might take 3-5 days to show up,

I'm reading as - the OP made a withdrawal for $160 and the $50 odd was paid to his credit card, not Moneybookers.

It would figure that the deposit would be refunded to the credit card, with the remainder going to the selected withdrawal option. But to me it seems only $50 was 'refunded'.

Unfortunately that only applies to my job ;) but on internet forums I tend to be cynical. That might lead me to getting things completely wrong too, but in this case I'm not seeing what you are...

Thank you for the feedback,

the casino still refuses to answer any of my emails, and just to clarify

I deposited 110$, i withdrawl 160$ (my winings)

2 days later i got a 50$ payment to moneybookers,

However thats where it stops, 110$ that was charged to my credit card

has infact been charged, and that amount has not been paid at all,

I did not take any bonuses or have any playthrough requirements,

So its been 4 days now since this problem came up, casino doesnt reply to my problems or anything,

This casino is disorgainsed, no live chat support, no customer service, and very odd withdrawl terms,

Also this casino doesnt have an I-gaming rep from what i can see,

Not sure what to do, Since i am a new user i dont have enough "points" to have any real say whats going on.

After this mess gets cleared up.. I well never stray from a micrograming casino to try some of the very unknowned accreditted ones:mad:

is it an actual credit card charge or a debit card POS?
you need to ask the cc company how long a credit takes from a merchant and if it's a bank debit card how long it could take.

but this is how I understand it.
it looks like they're trying to cut down the number of card authorizations. So they check if the funds are avail. (the authorization) but wait until you finish for the day to get the actual amount to charge the card, if any.

Do you see any purple entries?

Hi yes i do, I see 50$ purple highlighted in transaction history, to moneybookers payment

and i see a 15$ puprle credit card settlement whatever that means? this was posted actually just now.

15$ isnt 110$... so i am not sure whats going on.

I am quessing you know the software i am using then, if so.. please do tell me if you have any experince with these type of withdrawls,

I did get cash advance and cash advance fee's so my card has been charged,

otherwise i am not sure whats going on, this 15$ purple transaction update is a step.. if that means 15$ well be returned, but what about the rest of the 95$.. sigh

Thanks for your input:)

Sorry but no, I have no idea what the software is.
I only played at 2 different MG casinos and actually stopped on Feb 13th.

It doesn't say if the $15 is a charge or a credit, huh?
That doesn't make to much sense.

maybe someone can post that has played there.

This is a casino that seems to like complicating matters that are really very simple.

1) You deposit $110

2) After playing, you cash out $160

3) Your NET WIN is $50 (160-110)

4) Your NET WIN is paid to Moneybookers, your preferred method of payment (I presume).

5) Your ORIGINAL DEPOSIT is being processed SEPARATELY, and could arrive by any "random" means chosen by the processing rules. If your card statement actually LISTS the deposit, with transaction date etc, then it has gone through, my guess is that you will receive a check for $110 in the near, or even distant, future. If the deposit is still "pending", they may well be able to cancel it simply by not following through with the charge with the card company.
There may be an interval between them even AUTHORISING the $50 to Moneybookers, and the $110, in case they fail to get the $110 from the card, yet find they have already returned it to you.

As well as all this though, they are not responding, and THIS is a far more worrying issue, but payment of the $50 win suggests incompetence, rather than them being rogue, or having doubts about your account.

It may take a week for the banks and processors to resolve this and update the records, and only then can you get a true picture of exactly what ingredients made up this particular Dog's Breakfast of a process:rolleyes:

Thank you for your reply,

I am still awaitng an reponse, its been 5 business days now.. almost six.

yes the funds have been charged for sure, there is no pending transactions the credit card company told me,

also since a day ago they posted "15$credit card settlement" whatever that means, its a form a payment because purple marked transaction shows it.. however.. why 15$ instead of 110.

No real updates yet, ive sent a email every day 2x.. still no answer.. i just wish i could get to the bottom of it.. however i;ll keep waiting.. mabey there is a check coming... however nothing in my transaction list.

It could be an idea to tell us what casino it is. I don't see any real harm in naming them, and if they don't have a rep then you can't be accused of not contacting them first. Knowing who you are talking about might help if there are people who have had similar issues at the same place.

update,

problem solved, there was a delay with the processing.. i am told to wait a bit longer, however waiting 5 days to hear back.. could be improved.

also an error occured due to reverse of a withdrawl, hence the 15$ credit card settlement thing,

thanks for the input fellows,

Glad to hear that you were paid. But the lack of response in explaining the situation to you is very poor (although the one week timeframe for payment, while not ideal, would be acceptable had you had some contact and/or reassurance from the casino).

I for one would like to know which casino. Good support is important to me as a player, almost as important as getting paid:)
